Made excellent.
Excellent cover for the classic 4.5 quart mixer. Very well made ,nice black cover that matches the color of my mixer. Fits absolutely perfectly on the mixer. I think it is excellent. Nice zip on cover. This is perfect. Covers the entire mixer from top to bottom.

Fits perfectly
this perfectly fits my 5 qt. Kitchenaid mixer. Being cast iron, it is too heavy to store in an overhead cupboard like my previous mixer, so I need to keep it on the counter. It is on a mat to slide in and out, but since it is on the counter I wanted to keep it from getting full of dust and out of sight as much as possible. It has a pocket on the outside where I store the paddle attachment, but since the other attachments are stored in the bowl, I am unable to also keep the splash guard in the cover so that is on top of my refrigerator. I have the black cover, so it kind of hides it in a corner of my counter. So except for not fitting my splash guard, the cover fits perfectly and protects my mixer from dust and whatever else my family is making on the counter.

Soft, Quilted and Completely Necessary
I didn't realize how much I was going to need this until I finally got it. It's annoying cleaning the mixer if it collects dust and it's kills my motivation to have to rewash it before use. This definitely saves it from that. I can assure you. I got one of the gently used ones and gave an item a new life/home with me and it was practically pristine, I can tell you that. No issues, sturdy, solid zipper, soft thick quilted material, and it covers the machine and then some. I couldn't *chef's kiss* ask for a better product to cover my machine. Nothing I would have sewn would have been this great.

Keeps the mixer covered
Keeps the mixer covered when not in uses. Fairly thick, covers the mixer well like it's designed to do. Good for storage i guess? Would recommend if you want one these? It keeps the mixer clean and dust free when not in use.
