Excellent vinegar powder and lasts ages. I use it to make salt and vinegar popcorn as well as sushi.

A month to use it in -> get cracking!
I'd give this a better review but the expiry date is a month so I'm not impressed.Go to Tesco or Asda, they have similar products with a reasonable expiry date so you don't have to use immediately.
