I bought these Glucomannan capsules after trying "BOOMBOD" and finding that it did curb my cravings for sugary food (chocolate and biscuits), but after a week of mixing a sachet of power three times a day it felt a bit monotonous. These capsules have the same effect as BOOMBOD - they stop me craving chocolate (my main issue), biscuits, sweets, cakes and crisps. I fancy boring protein like chicken and fish when I get home from work, but I have no interest whatsoever in getting in my car and going to the corner shop for a fresh plastic bag of rubbish. The craving just... isn't there. This product doesn't strip you of your existing fat - it simply stops you from craving the stuff you can't put down - that's how it works. I'm trying to shift a dress size, and it probably won't take long because I'm not eating any sugar! It's a big help.

Ok so to start with I expected the pills to look more glamorous for some reason as the picture suggests. They are plain pink. However apart from appearance...these really do work for me. I take one on my way to work before coffee, drink a shake at 10am and do not have hunger pains or feel sickly hungry till lunch. I have also lost some weight since taking these, but I have started taking the smallest container I have for lunch and skipped dinner a few times a week too. I have honestly not starved and I genuinely feel that these pills contributed to that. Will buy another one as soon as I run out.

THESE WORK, First day i took one i didnt notice a difference but second day i got full pretty full very quick but i forceded rest of my food in as didnt wanna be hungry later on, my mistake made me feel sick, so if you do take these listen to your stomach if you are full stop cos they have worked :)

Arrived quickly and I have been taking them for about a week. I am always a little uncertain about diet pills and that sort of thing but as I have cut down on my food consumption drastically I have noticed that these have made it a lot easier to do so. I am not really craving sweet things and I am getting full quickly and staying like that for a lot longer. They are definitely making it easier to stick to a diet.I looked into the tablets and as there are only 2 active ingredients there doesn't seem to be any unexpected side effects. The tablets are pretty big though and can be a little uncomfortable to swallow. overall I am fairly impressed so far. Not to see if I actually loose some weight!

Great seller. Fab packaging and clear explanation of how to use but unfortunately didn't work for me. Maybe because I have the appetite of a beast anyway but i felt no suppression of appetite or fullness at all unfortunately. However this will not put me off trying other Cute Nutrition products in future.

I'm always on a diet and find I get a lot of sugar cravings. I have been taking these for two weeks now and the cravings have gone, very impressed and have ordered some more!

Finally I have found something which works!! Stops me eating between meals and as a result I have lost weight....would recommend!!

Arrived early. Easy to swallow. A bit overpriced I think. Unfortunately doesn't suppress my appetite as I'm on medication for Bipolar Disorder so I'm constantly hungry. Thought this would help, but not made much of a difference. Although I feel it might be stopping me from eating as much as I would if I wasnt taking them. I'm not sure. Going to try another one from this company, see if that works any better.
