Excellent value.
My previous keychain torch was a plastic USB rechargeable device, (Nitecore Tube), which failed after a short time. Most AAA torches are just a bit too big to go on my keyring, but this is actually small enough.I've now had this for over 18 months on my keyring, and gets very regular use. It is very well made, and feels like it will last forever. It's been dropped plenty of times, and the anodising has worn off where it rubs against my keys, so it now looks a bit tatty, but it works perfectly. The lens is plastic, and I though it would get scratched up, but that hasn't been the case. The beam is nice and wide, and seems to be perfect for general use. There doesn't seem to be any odd tint to the light either, it's neither cool or warm, it's just nice and white to my eyes. With regards to batteries, I use Eneloop rechargeable Ni-Mh, and these work very well. I do sometimes use regular alkaline batteries in it, but the torch definitely performs better with the Eneloops. The only niggle I have with his torch is the screw on head (on/off function). It works just fine, but when in he "off" position, it's only held tight with the "O" ring. It doesn't take much before it unscrews past the security of the the "O" ring, at which point the torch is no longer waterproof, and the head could easily unscrew all the way and possibly fall off. This isn't a major issue, just a minor niggle, and isn't enough to lose a star over...

A must for anyone's keyring!
Olight i3e eos is quite simply the best keychain light I've used todate !It is very compact about 60mm long 14mm thick and 19 grams in weight! This light only simply has one setting level and that is 90 lumens on 1 AAA battery that will give you 45 minutes of On Time?I have replaced my Maglite AAA LED solitare with this ,it's about 30mm shorter certainly a lot brighter, the only thing lost is the Olight i3e eos doesn't have adjustable focus beam like solitare does !The i3e eos does have a very nice smooth beam flood patern with absolutely no hot spots in it which makes for a quality light output !Before this review I have had the occasion to test it out for real and could see straight away the advantage over the Maglite?Price is good for this Olight i3e eos coming in at a few quid less than the Solitare LED too !There is a 5 year warranty on it , Maglite now gives a 10 year warranty on their products, (used to be a lifetime ) but if it lasts 5 years of keychain use I will be more than satisfied!Delivery was swift from Amazon and that was using free delivery too as I added to another Purchase to go over the £20 Mark5 star product at a great price ,a must for anyone's keyring

Would recommend this
Perfect for your keyring, car keys or pocket. Takes a tripple 'A' battery and is barely bigger than one. Simple twist head on and off. One mode, 90 lumens (unless you buy the silver one, 120 lumens). 90 lumens is more than enough for a key-ring sized light. Very bright and I'd rather take the extra runtime over slightly more lumens, so I bought a black one and a blue one. The black one is on my keys and the blue is ready for my pocket on those occasions when I may not have my car keys. Very light weight in the hand, and water proof to a depth of two meters. This is the smallest tripple A light I have, I have a few other brands but they are a little bit longer. Hence the reason I bought these.I would recommend this if you are looking for a very small, yet simple but powerful light for your keys or pocket.

Excellent amount of light for size/weight/price
Very impressed with this tiny torch. It is just bigger than the battery, light weight and it works great. Can’t comment on battery life but I was surprised by the amount of light given off. There’s no way to alter the beam but that just keeps it simple and easy. Not sure what people are complaining about the twist action for on/off for. Seems fine to me. You barely have to turn it to turn it off/on, you’d have to rotate it 3 more times at least to have the top come off and it’s stiff enough I’ve had no issue with it turning back on on it own. Great light. Would recommend for the price. I also have a nitecore tiki and this holds it own. It’s not as good as the tiki but for half the price it’s a good little torch

Good, but better if it were twist-on, not twist off.
Great little torch, barely larger than the AAA battery it contains. Bright, light and waterproof. My only complaint is that it would be better to be twist-on, rather than twist-off. There's an anxiety that the head will tighten itself when stored, turning itself on and draining the battery. Also, it's not clear if the torch is waterproof when off. I suspect it's only waterproof when the head is screwed down, and the torch is on. You can, of course, open up the torch an insert something to break the circuit if storing the torch for a while, but that's not exactly convenient for frequent use. I'd nevertheless recommend this torch as I can't see anything better for the price. But, make it twist-on, and it would be unbeatable.

(Relatively) Short battery life is a small price to pay for this tiny BEAST
It's not a particularly bulky keyring accessory, but it's easy to hold and use, robust, and brilliantly bright for it's size and price. Pop a lithium AAA battery in this as they're lighter and store more power. You'll be extremely happy with it.The only downside I've found so far is the battery life. I can see me getting through a battery a month with light/moderate usage, and I have to remember to swap it out before it gets too low. There's only so much power you can squeeze out of a AAA battery, even Energizer Lithium ones. But that won't deduct a star from this "easy five star" product. It's convenient, small, light, bright, and easy to use. Absolute EDC essential, and a perfect gift. People will be receiving these for their birthdays.
