Perfect for using own headphones on a flight
I wasn't sure if we'd get headphones provided on our long haul flight so bought these as they're so inexpensive. So happy I did - we did get headphones provided but my youngest couldn't get comfortable with them so we used one of these adaptors with her cushioned kids headphones and it worked perfectly. We'll be taking them next time we go on a plane with screens too! Can't go wrong for the price!

These worked a treat
Brought these so we could use our personal headphones on a long haul flightwvith Emirates. They worked perfectly on all four of our flights.

Appears durable, properly moulded
Yet to use these on a long haul flight but the quality is super. It’s a properly moulded, good weighted feeling part. I expected ot to be flimsy plastic, but it is not. I suspect if it fails it will be down to misuse! The good thing is it is a pack of 3, perfect for 2 traveler's and a spare!Ill update after my travels.

Didn't end up needing it
Lots of long haul flights are now one prong so didn't end up needing it. Its a good to have for the future though.

Not what I actually wanted, or needed.
British Airways flights have two-pronged sockets for headphones. But one socket is deeper than the other. These adaptors have pins of identical sizes - I have no idea which airline's sockets they are designed for but it's not BA or any other plane I have been on.I subsequently learned that the larger of the two sockets on a BA flight will take a regular stereo mini-jackplug, and you don't need to worry about the smaller socket at all.So from my point of view these were a waste of money. Just as well they were cheap.

I bought these last xmas and used this for the first time last week. It was great setting into my seat getting out my over ear headphones discovering the connection was the double jack type and connecting with the adaptor. The other passengers had to wait to after take off to get the cheap free pairs. I felt like a seasoned traveller listening to a movie and later music with top class audio and a glass of wine. Id strongly recommend these to anyone travelling long haul, don't need on every plane so just keep them handy with the head phones
