Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Barista Chips

I tried these on an impulse and it changed the way I melt and eat chocolate now. The taste is absolutely delicious. They come in small amounts in sealed packages - they are always fresh, easy to use and look like little chocolate flying saucers. They are very high quality - love the texture and taste. They are not cheap - but in my opinion, worth every cent. They make all chocolate recipes extra special.

Best chocolate chips. These have gotten really expensive and hard to find. I have gotten them from online restaurant supply sites and the shipping is outrageous. As long as you order these in cooler months, you are fine. They do not come on ice and I have gotten melted clumps. Ghirardelli has always been high quality. I bake a lot and make thousands of cookies every year. I use these in my chocolate chips cookies and also use it to dip different cookies. Just add a little coconut oil and melt slowly in the microwave. I also like that these aren’t as sweet as semi-sweet or milk chocolate. They have just the right amount of sweet. Great with some sea salt sprinkled on top of the cookies.

These are by far the best chocolate chips out there. When cookies seem sweet, this darker chocolate helps to tamp down the sweetness in the best way possible. They are huge chips, so the seem more prestigious than the regular brands. Your baking is sure to be elevated with them and they are the chips America's Test Kitchen recommended. They were spot on with this recommendation.

Ghiradelli melting wafers are great for candy making. The brand's trademark taste will give your candy the same silky, luxurious taste as store bought Ghiradelli candy. These melts are dark chocolate with just the right amount of sweetness. They are very easy to work with even for beginners. As long as the melts are melted on a very low temperature and not over heated, you will have great success using this brand whether using it for molding or for dipping.

These chocolate chips are amazing! We put them on everything from chia seed pudding to coffee, they melt so nice and always taste amazing!

I ordered this wanting the melting chocolate like you get in the stores. In the store on the package it says dark chocolate which is what I always purchase, so I thought I was getting the same as in the store but when it came I and I opened it to taste it is the semi sweet. Not what is in the store. That is deceiving to customers ! I thought I was buying the dark which is what the bag says but it is not the same!!! I am very dissatisfied with the way it is advertised! You should semi sweet on the packaging so customers will know!!

I have used this product multiple times for candy making and I love it. This has the perfect amount of dark cocoa taste and sweetness. When you melt this chocolate for the bars or candy it tempers nicely and it is so rich tasting when you make ganache. Now the price. If I could give it a 4.6 stars I would because it's perfect other than the cost. Initially this bag was only $45 then it went up to 75 when the president enacted tarrifs that made everyone pay way more than necessary. It melts easily in a double boil. The chocolate is thick enough to hold the filling.

These chocolate wafers are amazing. I use them in my baking with great success. They melt in your mouth and taste delicious.

If you are serious about baking, then these chocolate chips are for you, they taste great and a good value for your money.

Loved the smoothness and flavour of this rich dark chocolate. I made chocolate cups filled with a white chocolate mint mousse that was served at my Afternoon Tea as one of the desserts. It was a big hit.

Very good chocolate! A little on the pricy side but it's a big bag of good quality chocolate that doesn't disappoint.
