Excellent Bible. This is really good for both just reading the Bible and also for doing any Bible study. The extras are very helpful in researching deeper meanings of some of the words.

Although I love this bible, I wish they would put the literal translation in the verse, rather than in the notes.

This bible claimed to be genuine leather, but looks and feels more synthetic, especially in the stiff unmaliable feel and uneven corners. Clear text, which is a bonus with the inevitable clutter from all the Strongs numbers and references. Once you get your eye in its ok to read,though the paper is thin and there is ghosting. But I bought it for the content not to look pretty. A useful starter to get into checking the words behind the English.

This review is for 2019 brown goatskin edition.I was looking forward to this bible ,however upon reciept,its not as advertised.Theres 1,ribbon marker ..not 2 as stated in description and on its cover box. The "actual size" font shown on cover box ,is a bigger font than is printed in the bible.I dont believe the printed font is a 10 point as advertised ,although it does look a 10 on the cover box.The paper is thin but acceptable and the goatskin cover may or may not be goatskin ,as theres no isbn number in the bible confirming this......only on the cover box which doesnt seem to be very accurate at all.There isnt 2304 pages as advertised either .With all the mistakes I started to wonder whether the bible print itself would be faulty,however so far it seems fine.Iwould give 4 stars for the content,but for a publisher to release this with its own hard cover giving false information its lucky to get 3 stars

I use this Bible regularly. The NASB doesn't score high on readability, but I tend to read something in another translation and then check back on the keywords here. Basically, important words in each verse have a number, and you can look up the corresponding definition in the Hebrew and Greek lexicons at the back of the book. Very useful. So many words in the Bible have a richness of meaning that is lost in the English translations. If you want to be able to look up the original languages without having to actually learn any, this is a good way in.

One of the best Bible study tools you can get. It absolutely transformed my Bible study and made the Holy Word of God much much clearer and easier to understand!!!

some pages are very good, but some other pages are so bad quality, and there is also issues with the sewing, and also the commentary is not so good, the dictionary does not explain every word that need to be explained, like isaiah 14:12, wich the kjv uses Lucifer wich is not found in the hebrew text, there is no explanation that Lucifer is not Satan, too much hidden truth in this Bible, definitely it is not a full study Bible with dictionary, the smell is so good and the leather is good also, but paper quality is terrible.but some pages look very nice.

This bible is an excellent tool that will become an invaluable study weapon!Here's what sets this book apart (its selling point). Instead of carrying around a large Strongs Concordance and a bible, a concise strongs concordance is built right into the back of the book and nearly every word in the biblical text is keyed with its Strongs number for easy referencing! What, dont think thats a great feature? Look up Matthew 3:2 and Matthew 27:3 and you'll find the word Repent. However there are two different versions/meanings of the word Repent but how would you know that! Under careful observation you'd know this if you had a Strongs Concordance to show you the different numbers which indicate the different meaning! This tool is built into this bible! This is a must buy! This book has everything one needs for real bible study, cross references, concise study notes and a concordance (a rather weak one... but theres something there).Now, lets talk the presentation:Genuine Leather - the only edition I would suggest you buy. The hardback might be a glued spine and is sure to fall apart within a years worth of heavy use. Gold gilded edges look beautiful. Leather grain is outstanding not too hard but not too soft.Font is a 9pt - standard among study bibles.Red Lettering for the words of Christ - good deep red.One Black ribbon - for this student oriented study bible their should be 3 ribbons at least but you do have one.Paper - thin. Not so thin that I can see the text through the page like my beloved Macarthur Study Bible ( which is shambley thin) but to thin to be a study tool where I'd write notes in it. If I write notes into this bible I'd keep a piece of plastic between the pages so the impression wont dig several pages deep (disrespectful for something called a study bible but hey they probably used paper this thin to keep cost down).Overall: Every pastor should have one! Everyone that does not have an Exhaustive Strong's Concordance should have this. The quality is rock solid! Definitely a good buy for anyone who honestly wants to know what the bible says. The low amount of study notes are also an excellent feature (yes it defeats the premise of the study bible - but it causes one to study the bible for themselves!). The price is excellent I caught mines for $39.95 and the following week after I bought it I went to get another for my wife and the price had risen to $45.95. I'd say with that in mind... get one while you can now - before everyone else catches on to a good bible!p.s. The ESV translation is stellar! For example it used the definition of the word repent instead of "Repent" (the great KJV uses the word "repent" however without a strongs concordance you would not know precisely what the meaning of the word was see Matthew 3:2 and Matthew 27:3). What does this do? It defines directly it into the text itself. The whole phrase would be underlined and actually keyed to the word Repent as this is the word was originally used! Excellent! BUY ONE NOW!UPDATE: I saw my pastors old copy of the KJV version of the Keyword Study bible. I see several upgrades and one downgrades.Upgrades: 1.) The newer version is significantly wider (due to the wider margins to write into the bible).2.) The leather on the newer version is much better and softer. The newer version leather grain is a lot smoother.Downgrades: 1.) The older versions font is markedly darker. 2.) The Older versions font was definitely larger.

I like very much this Bible, it has many study helps although is some heavy you can put in your backpack
