Even smaller than you think
These are beautiful, durable, and small.

Wish I hadn't purchased (even though I knew they were very small)
I love my Royal Doulton 1815 5" (?) plates, and the bowls. I was aware when I purchased these that they're quite small but thought I could use them. It's actually difficult to find a use for them. As one reviewer said, they'd be useful for putting a used teabag on. But I don't know for what else I'd be able to use them.

Best Plates Ever!
These were nicer then I thought they would be. I used them to place my tea bags when I take them out of the cup. They are very high quality and the colors are very pretty. Knowing that Hyacinth Bucket loved them is an added bonus!

About the size of a pack of gum..
Omg, so tiny!! I have been looking for small hors d'oeuvre plates... But these might actually be too small.. 1 small cookie...1 meatball, 2 shrimp ?? The colors are great though..

Modern and fresh.
Pretty colors, finished nicely. 4" would have been a bit better of a size, but these suffice.
