I enjoyed this shampoo quite a bit. The ingredients are great, the scent is fresh, but it strips all of the moisture out of my hair. Not even the condioner that works along side this shampoo could replenish all that was taken away. My hair was left feeling like straw and I have medium to long hair. I did however notice significant hair growth in a short amount of time using this shampoo.

My son has consistently used this shampoo for three years now. He is in college and really likes the subtle scent (it doesn't clash with cologne or deodorant scents), but it's also gentle enough to use as a daily shampoo. He has oily hair and it does a great job.
