This review is more about the updated packaging than the films themselves. (If you are looking at this set then you are already a Chucky fan!) I was a little reluctant to order this boxset after reading reviews of the box being flimsy with no decent storage for the individual discs with many boxes being damaged or broken during shipping. Mine arrived today in a slim black blu-ray box and has clearly been redesigned as every disc has a secure home. I hope this is a permenent change and that this review helps potential buyers. A good collection of Chucky/Horror films.

If you're a fan of childs play in general and love the films you'll love this set, the discs are nice and clean, the films have been updated to HD, the special features include audio commentary from the people involved in the films and if you're a film or horror buff you'll find a lot here to enjoy.If you like the films this is the set for you or could also be great for first time watchers, the subtitles are clear and effective which is good for someone like me, and the menu has a clean aesthetic that matches the film as well as a simplistic layout.Keep in mind that you will need a blu ray player of some sort as it won't play on a standard DVD player. They also play on PS4/5 Xbox one and series X as well as any PC with a blu ray disc player.

I have waited a long time for a full collection of Chucky films to be released in the UK, so when I saw this box set on blu ray I had to get it. I had seen some video reviews of the US version of this set before mine arrived and it looked great, it had a lenticular sleeve where Chucky seemingly moved and it looked like a nice compact box set which contained all the films. So, mine finally arrived, and I noticed one thing was different on the UK version... There is no lenticular sleeve and Chucky doesn't move on the cover which I was a little disappointed about, as it looked quite cheap in comparison to the U.S. version. I was also disappointed with the quality of the box as I was expecting something more lavish for the money it cost me, and not the plastic box with free moving disc tray that I received. However, aside from the box quality and lack of lenticular it is still a nice way of finally getting them all together in a compact and convenient way. The quality of the films themselves are also brilliant and have been remastered very well, the original trilogy also transfers well on blu ray and looks great. So all in all not a bad set, and if you want all the films together you should buy it, just don't expect anything extremely well made such as cardboard sleeves or moving covers as you're not going to get it with this.

I love this franchise , great to add to the collection especially if you love Chucky

Thank you for the excellent delivery Amazon !!The cover art is great - The blue jewel box is great and the films are also great !!!!All the 7 movies of chucky are here in this cool box so you don't have to search them seperated and some of them are hard to find not just on BD but on DVD as well.I had the 5 of the 7 movies on DVD but i couldn;t find the other 2 .. so this box set solved all of my problems.The weakest movie is obviously "seed of chucky" and my personal favorite is "child's play 2"Each movie have it's own personalityChucky is awesome :)Can't wait when they will release the 1st season of the Chucky Series to get it as well (i think may 2)
