First time using
Have purchased these to try to get a handle on night sweats and all the other joys of menopause. Seem to be working already (but could be coincidence!) Am still warm at night but no sweats all. I have even been able to turn the fan off which was on all night previously. Not sure if the brain fog is better or not yet- haven’t been able to figure that out just yet! Definitely worth trying. Are a bit on the large side to swallow and you do have to take 3 at a time (2 green, 1 red). Will be no good for you if you have trouble swallowing a paracetamol tablet. I am getting better at it but it takes a bit of psychological warming up to take them. Might look for something that contains the same ingredients but in a gummie version but will definitely continue with these in the meantime. One downside - it makes your urine bright (almost fluorescent) so don’t be alarmed!

Better than the original
Tried menopause original befor but the max is so much better. Only been having them a few days and already feel better than I did. Not so keen on them been horse size tablets however holding head back for the tablets and head forward for the capsules helps them go down easier.

Not great for me
Have tried these tablets for nearly a month now and not really noticed any difference in my symptoms. Don't think they work for me but might work for others. Would probably not buy again.
