We R Memory Keepers Gift Bag Punch Board

I was really excited and couldn't wait for this board to arrive and when it finally did - I hesitated to open it up and use it! I think it's because it looked so fragile and delicate and I thought maybe I would break it or damage it in someway, but I found when I finally started handling the board and using it that it is quite a sturdy little device and can make a variety of lovely little gift bags in different heights and widths. It does take a little while to understand the concept of how it works, but once you do, it is a brilliant little device and I think even if you aren't a into crafting like I am you should buy it out of necessity and put your own spin on a gift bag for a loved one.

Works perfectly for a nice sized gift bag. However, be careful it can become addictive making gift bags, I have certainly saved a considerable amount of money on gift bags, especially as I use reclaimed card.

I love these. I took a long time to work out how to use it. My son finally worked it out. And once you get the hang of it it's a great little tool. The bags you make are not huge. They are small. Tho you can make them longer by using longer paper. But they are very cute. Do what a few you tube vids or use the instructions. But I found the instructions a bit confusing. They are two steps pictures, made to look like one step, so it gets confusing, till you know this. Make sure you know this and are familiar with how it all is laid out. Then you'll be confident making them.

Just so easy to make little gift bags. I have made the size to put small gifts in as that was what I needed. It doesn't make a varied amount of sizes in width but does vary in length. Overall I am very happy with the board. It is well constructed, easy to follow instructions and a sturdy scoring tool that can be nicely stored away in the compartment on the board so not lost. The board isn't too big so easy to store. I have the set of boards now in this range and very happy with them.

The product arrived in time given, 3 weeks. It came from aboard, though not sure where. W R Memory Keepers is a family run company that makes market leading products that are simply perfect. This product is beautifully made and is a credit to the person/people who designed it. The scoring tool is a pleasure to handle and has a softener in the plastic so it runs smoothly. It is a quality item that has clear photo and written instructions on how to create 3 different sized bags beautifully. I saw it on a shopping channel for sale nearly twice the price and looked on line for it else where saving a bundle.

This board is a bit more difficult to use than some of the others but it does make some really nice looking gift bags. I am disappointed that it doesn't make very many different sizes and the largest one it does make is still quite small. I was hoping to make bags for card orders but I have had to work out myself how to make them a bit bigger. Also I still havent worked out how to get the holes for the handles done proerly and don't find the instructions very easy to follow. I have the envelope board and gift box board too which I love but am not as enamoured with this one. I also don't like how the bottom of the bag goes together but that is personal preference. I would still recommend it to people if the size of bags it makes suits their needs and will ise it myself too but not as much as I wanted to because the bags are too small for most of what I do.

It takes a bit of practice, i practiced on cheap copy paper at first - rather than waste expensive craft paper. Glad i did, because my first 3 attempts were not so hot :-( However, after i got the knack of it, i thought it was really cool. You could create the same result with a good score board, but i love gadgets and this does save bothering with larger equipment (after you master the simple technique of course). I must say though, i was not impressed with the way my board was parceled up - there was not enough protection padding around it and it was a miracle it didn't get broken in transit.

A neat little punch board that produces professional looking gift bags. The largest size of paper to use to make the biggest bag is approximately 30cm square so it's not for enormous bags. I used paper that was approx. 25cm wide by approx. 20cm tall (the smallest size bag); the finished bag is approx 7cm wide by 5cm deep by 17cm tall and will easily hold something like chocolates or small cosmetic items or a bottle of perfume. I like that the additional function of the punch is to make neat holes in the top of the bag so ribbon can be threaded through for a tie. The instructions are good but it is a tricky design so I watched an easily accessed Youtube video and found that much more helpful. I much prefer to pop a present in a gift bag than struggle with wrapping paper and sellotape so I'm going to have fun experimenting with this and making my own bags. I'm going to see what happens if I use the recycled paper that Amazon loves to use as protection in boxes; if it works then the children can decorate the bags for me one rainy day!

Ho trovato questo strumento meraviglioso e decisamente versatile. Si possono creare borsine meravigliose e sorprenderete chiunque quando direte di averle realizzate personalmente. Perfette per regalare caramelle, cioccolatini, gioielli e tanto altro! Con un po' di pazienza possono essere create anche bomboniere per matrimoni, battesimi, comunioni, cresime e altre occasioni speciali. Io credo che lo userò anche per fare dei pacchettini per il calendario dell'avvento. Con un po' di creatività le applicazioni sono infinite, inoltre la facilità di utilizzo è davvero straordinaria. Consiglio a tutti questo prodotto e sebbene le istruzioni siano chiare e semplici, vi consiglio di cercare su YouTube il nome di questo prodotto per vedere come usarlo in maniera veloce e pratica.
