Easy to use.
An easy to use product. I have always struggled with tape/cord floss products and during a recent visit to my dentist they recommended I try a water flosser instead. Searched on Amazon as I had never seen one in the shops and this arrived quickly. Preferred trying a low-cost manual option first instead of the more expensive rechargeable/battery ones, and this fits the bill perfectly. Have only had it two days, but have used both cold and warm water and will move to filling it with mouthwash instead soon too (as recommended by my dentist). Warmer water is more comfortable as the cold water can be a bit like the effects of ice cream (mild!) when using the product. I have found that you need to refill it for each of the lower and upper row of teeth, but that's not a problem at all. I guess the proof will be when I next go to the dentist this summer and they review how things are and if it's effective. I'll post an update then.

Great for refreshing your mouth.
Having read the reviews :- Simply keep your lips shut when pumping water in. Use in short bursts, so as not to fill mouth with water. Do not pump more than seven times, as this will release the pressure cap. Above all use your common sense.

Excellent value for the price
Brilliantly simple way of cleaning between your teeth. I had a WaterPik years ago and wanted a replacement, saw this and thought for a tenner lets give it a go. Just put water or mouthwash in bottle of device, screw on the lid and pump up the handle about seven times and you are good to go. Works well and has a surprising amount of pressure. I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

Helps to clean awkward, hard to reach places gently and without irritation.
Don't know what I would do without it. Helped me keep a hollow tooth clean that was near impossible to clean any other way. If you have bad teeth like me, then this is a must until the dentist can help you out. My only problems with this product is the strap seems redundant and gets in the way a bit. I would recommend this thing to anyone.

So so,
I was going to give it 3 stars, but it does what it says on the pack. However, I found the pressure nowhere near as good as my mains and battery powered units and with the pressure dropping off before the reservoir is exhausted. Also, I found I had to refill the unit at least twice each time I used it, unscrewing, filling and then pumping the unit was annoying. The wrist loop is unnecessary and surplus to requirements. I think on my next trip abroad I will take my battery powered portable flosser.

Excellent little bit of kit
Excellent little bit of kit. I bought just to see how I would get on with a water flosser as I didn’t want to pay out a lot of money if I couldn’t. Fill with a little warm water, a couple of drops of mouthwash, pump the bottom a few times and you are good to go. I am going to invest in a battery powered one and keep this for when I am away overnight. Would recommend for anyone who would like to try water flossing. This doesn’t replace flossing with tape though, my dentist was keen to point this out. Used after tape flossing you will be surprised that the water can remove stuff you didn’t know was there.

Not What I Expected.
The item arrived ahead of time. It was bought as as I haven't really flossed. When I ordered this I thought it would fit the bill.On inspection I found that the main body of the unit was made of a hard brittle plastic. The type that is unforgiving when dropped. Don't drop it then!!On use I found the water jet powerful but had to pump / prime it more than advised and when used that the reservoir is spent relatively quickly.I expected a higher grade of material for the price. My daughter like it though, well to soak me anyway.
