Good quality 100% fluffy cotton beach towels. Nice size, dry quickly and are very soft even after washing. Great price too!

It makes me laugh that these are classed as 'basics'. They may be a staple of the new Amazon range, but they're anything but basic. Generously sized and plumped up wonderfully, our pair of towels survived a fortnight trip to Egypt and endured poolside and beach use without any loss of luxuriance. At most they got a rinse through - and still retained their softness and absorbency throughout. Even on return after a hot spin in the washing machine, they plumped up once again and felt soft to the touch. No loss of colour, vibrancy and despite the dryer filter being quite fluffy, there was no noticeable loss on the towels. Very absorbent, it was lovely to have these towels to lie down on after a soak in the pool - the hire towels just couldn't compete. Great value, excellent quality and perfectly sized for adults - highly recommended.

Lovely soft towels, my only issue is that there were loads of pulled cotton bits on them. Had to cut loads off. After washing for a second time some more appeared which again got cut off. The towels are still good though and the pulled bits have not affected the look of the towels. Would buy again as they were not expensive and are lovely and soft. They've coped well with suncream and pool water too

I bought these as they were being used in our hotel, and we loved them. They're extremely large, very absorbent, lovely and fluffy and nice and thick. The only drawback is that you have to wash them a few times first and a little bit runs (we bought the dye catchers after the first wash to prevent it). They lose A LOT of fluff in the tumble dryer on the first few washes (we could've stuffed a few teddies!) , but they still remained nice and thick and fluffy.

Bought these for a one week sailing holiday in Croatia. They were fabulous. A good large size and thicker/fluffier than your usual beach towels, a bit more like bath towels. Comfy to sit on / lie on while on the yacht. Also love the striped look - although it was a little silly of me to buy two of the same colour, meant my boyfriend and I effectively shared the two towels for the trip rather than each having our own. But, I wanted navy and they were only selling the set of 2 at the time...! A note of caution, we only washed them once before we left and I don't think that was enough - for the first few days we were both getting covered in little bits of blue fluff. Would suggest washing twice at least before taking them away anywhere.

I purchased 2 of these towels ahead of a holiday, and after reading other reviews gave them a wash and a tumble dry prior to use. The towels are lovely & soft and during my use (after swimming) were very absorbent. I used them a few times during the holiday without washing and each time I was very happy with them. Since our return I have washed them again and tumble dried them and so far there are no colour runs, or fraying. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of these towels, which are sold as 'basics'. They have surpassed expectations!

Lovely towels, washed as soon as they arrived according to the instructions, unfortunately the colour ran. Washed again using colour grabber but very little difference. Disappointed.

Great value for money washed well.

Beautiful, soft and a good size. Only negative is that they are very slow to dry and absorb a lot of the water, which goes against what you need from this type of towel.

Nice and fluffy and absorbent

Une première serviette achetée y a 3 ans, elle tient toujours. Amazon basic, la référence. Douce, agréable et solide, elle est aussi d'un jolis design. La taille de la serviette est bonne, une taille normale pour uen serviette de plage ou piscine.
