Just works - no messing around
I'll be able to comment more on longevity once I use it for a while, but this cable was the first one that worked immediately for communicating with my LiFePo4 batteries using the Valence software. I've tried other cheaper ones and only get them to work after messing with drivers - if at all.

Right cable with ftdi chip.
This was the 3rd rs485 cable I bought. It was the first one that worked for communicating with my Battery. Beware of others that use a ch310 driver. Other cheaper cable advertise rs485 function but do not function correctly. I will be buying more of these in the future.

Worked Perfectly with my Solar Inverter.
I needed this to hook a solar Inverter to a RaspberryPi so that they could communicate. It worked perfectly, with no issues at all.

This is plug and play, at least is was for me. Makes it easy to communicate with some devices that connecting to was less than straightforward without using this.

Na ja wenn Ihr nicht auf blinkende LEDs steht, und keine nicht gebrauchten Adern herumliegen haben wollt lässt sich 1/3 des Preises sparen.

This did the job, though seems susceptible to VFD noise. However the photo shows a 6 wire device and a pinout showing termination connections. The item that arrived has only 4 wires, D+ D- USB5V USB0V. So, it did what I needed, but is not the item described.

Fonctionne grace à la photo du collègue espagnol plus bas dans les commentaires. Le ET112 est bien reconnu par le cebro gx. Attention, le bornier de l'ET112 et pas facile, il ne prend pas le fil souvent, à vérifier en tirant les fils. je n'ai pas connecté la masse car j'ai trouvé 15V alternatifs entre les masses.
