Clever little tool
Such a clever little tool. I’ve almost stopped using my foam roller because this gets into all the knots nicely. Previously used a tennis ball but it would slip away. This holds steady so no danger of a slip.

This is amazing
This is an amazing product which I use all over my body. Comes with handy instructions to get the best use of the roller. Everyone who comes around my house ends up using it for niggling aches and pains. Brilliant product.

Good piece of kit
Works well but for what i had it was more severe. Ok for muscle aches.

Effective but rather hard.
The Raller really straightens the back after using it, but it feels hard.

How did I live without this before???
I have a very challenging back. My chiro recommended this tool. I'm using it almost exclusively and nearly forgot I have a foam roller!!! Plus it's small enough for regular travel. I'm looking forward to results in 3-6 moths' time :-)

useful with a foam roller
Can be used in conjunction with a foam roller for deep massage on each side of the spine. Painful at first.
