Bodi-Tek Neck Ease Posture Corrector - White

I found this to be an excellent product. Especially if you use it with the biotech arch thing as well. I try to use both items three times a day because I have terrible back problems and it really gives a very good stretch and actually quite relieving.

You have to use it whilst laying on a flat surface, so not much use for helping to relax or improving posture whilst sleeping.

I was somewhat sceptical but so desperate to ease my neck discomfort I tried it. So glad I did, really eased the tension in my neck, worth every penny.

Simple brilliant product, easy to use, definitely helps relieve neck problems and ensures at least 10 minutes total relaxation.

Very comfy BUT the edge near the sides of jaw are not paded enough and cutting into my skin. Good product, but some improvement can make it better.

I suffer from a chronic joint condition and over the years have bought various devices to help me manage the pain. Some have worked. Others haven't. This one didn't for me. Two reasons: (1) I had hoped to use it in bed, but it creaks very noisily (!!!!) when your head is in it, which made this impossible. The only upside here was that my husband thought initially that this was the sound of my BONES creaking, which would have been worse. The other reason is that the nature of the device means you are very aware that you are being held in postion. For this reason, I found it impossible to relax - it neither seemed to offer a therapeutic stretch or a way of letting the muscles go.It works for some people, and I hope it might work for you - but my personal experience was a zero for this one.
