Nuvo Iron Deck Screws Jar # 8 x 2 1/2" - 250 Count, Brown

These screws are so much better than the phillips end screws! They don't strip and they screw in much faster by design. And at a reasonable price! And as a bonus you get a hit with every box! I am through mt 2nd box and haven't needed to change out my bit yet.I will be buying more of these for all my projects!

I've ordered these Nuvo Iron #8 x 3" deck screws multiple times now, and they've never let me down. They are good screws, but I don't give a 5 star because I've found a couple of them that didn't have threads, they were smooth like a nail... but I would buy again because of the lowest price!

Works great! I mean it’s a screw… none of them broke. No heads stripped. What more can I say other than they beat Philip head screws 100 to 1!

These deck screws drive smoothly and hold securely, offering a reliable solution for exterior projects. My second purchase of these deck screws. The second batch is more bronze over brown, but more importantly, they are now the standard t25 instead of the t20. These are thinner than standard deck screws and I use them in more delicate (ie wood splitting risk) and where uplift and shear aren't a big risk. Previously, I had to switch bits when using deckscrews and these, as they were t20s and deckscrews are t25, it was a pain. Cheap and worth it for my uses. Used to fasten furring strips for metal roof. Great quality and price.

Item came as advertised. Comes with proper drill bit. You will save money buying this instead of buying a similar product at your local hardware store.

I will never use Robertson screws again. After using these star drive screws with self tapping threats I will never use anything else again. One bit lasted for 2,000 screws. Try that with a Robertson screw!
