This game is exactly what I have been looking for! It's a fantastic couch co-op game with a a good enough storyline and action to keep you interested. The game is challenging enough to be fun, without being too difficult, and the game mechanics are really fun. You get different special abilities as you progress through the game so you don't get bored with the characters abilities as they are always novel. Honestly can't recommend this game enough. My partner and I are loving it

5 star game! I have been wanting to play this for so long and my partner agreed to play and we had so much fun! Play as either May or Cody who are working together to traverse their world and work out how to return to their human form while addressing the issues they're having in their marriage as well as in themselves. Use many different mechanics to explore and progress through each section. Make sure to thoroughly explore each section to find loads of gems and the hidden mini games which offer many ways to play against each other for the win and for bragging rights. It Takes Two is an easy going, cosy couch co-op with fun mechanics, great puzzles and even has replay ability.

Heard and seen alot of things about this game so brought to play with my boyfriend. We both really enjoyed the game can be tough at times if you dont communicate well and patience when waiting for the other person or timing things at exact same time. I found same of the scenes and minigames couldve been switched around as the more fun levels for me and my partner where the first ones. However i do really recommend this duo game really good quality fun to play and wholesome moments with good story

I bought this for my partner so we had a video game to play together. This does not disappoint, it's difficult in places but that is part of the fun, it's got a brilliant storyline and is genuinely really fun.

My girlfriend and I recently got a Switch, as an opportunity to play some games together. This sounded like the perfect game to get, and it really is. We haven't played a huge amount yet, but we are enjoying it thoroughly. It took my partner a little time to get used to it as she hadn't previously played many video games before, and you do occasionally have to be quite precise. So, if you aren't very patient, I would suggest you bear this in mind. One thing to add - you NEED two full controllers. Some games you can use part of the joy cons, but you do need a full controller to play this.

I bought this to play with my boyfriend and we have had so much fun and can’t put it down!! He is a gamer whereas I am a more cozy game girl so I was worried about the level of difficulty but this really gets it just right. It’s hard enough that there’s a good challenge for both of us but not so hard I throw the controller at the TV lol. There is a decent mix of puzzle orientated and action play and the worlds they built are some of the most creative and incredible that I’ve ever seen! Would 100% recommend this, I am already planning on letting every couple I know borrow it after us :D

Got this on Amazon for a good price compared to other places, so no complaints there. The game itself is fun and has a great concept, especially for couples. It’s a nice co-op experience with a strong story. That said, some parts can be pretty tough for new or casual players, which might be frustrating. Overall, it’s decent—but not for everyone.

I bought this as a shared present for my two boys (9 and 11) at Christmas. They absolutely loved this game and I loved it too. My husband and I also played and it’s something we all enjoyed together. It was a breath of fresh air to have my boys working in harmony together and was nice for me to watch the story unfold with them. Sometimes even with co-ops my kids end up arguing but this didn’t happen once playing this. The graphics were gorgeous and the attention to detail of each room was appreciated by all. My youngest particularly enjoyed this and also played it with his friends when they came over. I am not much of a gamer but even I wanted to join in and play. We had friends who came over and their boys also played it together for a bit, their mum was also amazed to see them working together so nicely. It’s a really chilled game but still fun and engaging for all audiences.
