Biona Organic Pumpkin Seed Rye Bread, 500g

Great taste, morish, not overly crumbly or dry like some other brands. I usually store it in a glass container and it keeps well for more than a week (not that it lasts that long in my house!). Used in a variety of ways, but the favourite one is air-fryed with some cheese, baked beans and chilli flakes on top! The texture and taste can take some time to get used to at first but well worth persevering as it is healthier than a toast bread and keeps you sated for longer👍Helpful with a weight loss too if you are not allergic to any of the ingredients😁

Good bread if you can't eat wheat but really needs toasting. Very healthy and no UPF ingredients.

If you like rye bread (which is really good for you btw) you'll like this. 'Can be frozen. I prize the pieces away by use of a small sharp - edged knife which I place between slices and wiggle till they come loose - then grill (or use a "broiler") for a few minutes, till they're quite dry. Great with soup, jam, marmalade or yeasty spreads. It keeps for months in a freezer, which is just as well; I ordered 7 boxes of 7 loaves by mistake, and amazon wouldn't allow return. I suggest you don't over-order!

ive purchased Biona products for years and they are just amazing as Biona do not add unpronounceable worded products to their food products. I have so many bad reactions to many foods but never when i eat Biona, an this Rye bread is delicious especially with poached eggs on or marmite or beans or honey. A great price with 7 loaves for around £14. Highly recommend

Didn’t like. But the birds loved it

Normally a very nice product - hard to get in Northern Ireland. Unfortunately product arrived blue moulded, despite the use by date being 15.06.2026. Disappointing
