I buy these a few times a year and just repeat purchase when I run out. I initially bought them to help with hangovers and general wellbeing, but they are so good I now use them every morning as soon as I wake up and as part of my pre-workout drink. I also use them at work when I feel a bit tired and they really do help get me focused and increase my energy. These are by far, the best ones I have found on Amazon! No sweeteners or sugar, no fillers, no crap. Just pure electrolytes (all 4 too, some brands only have 2-3). They have a much higher amount of all electrolytes for a similar (but cheaper) product on Amazon and the tub lasts me ages. I recommend these to a lot of people! I can't imagine not having them in my day to day routine or when boozing (e.g. stag do or wedding, hangover etc.). BUY THEM!

I have ordered this item again and it is perfect for me. I use it in water during the day. It tasted a little bit salty but I think it gives me great health benefits and extra energy.

Fantastic product for my carnivore way of eating. It keeps me hydrated and my electrolytes are topped up. I love that there is nothing extra added apart from the main ingredients.

Tastes like chlorine, but it’s definitely effective. Also no scoop included, so I’m guessing when measuring it out

Was doing a water-fast for a few days to try it out. Had no issues but thought I might want to get some electrolytes in case. I actually don't think I needed to do that because a) I wasn't realistically going to go long enough on the fast to need them (I think you should consider them if you do more than a week but otherwise it should be fine) and b) if I felt any negative effects, I would have had real food and drink to stabilise, not just take these and hope for the best. Having said that, it does everything I wanted it to - no noticeable flavour, easy to dose, no sugar and good value although I'm unlikely to use it up this decade.

I wanted an electrolyte solution that would not raise my glucose level. Tastes lightly salty as it should. I have it plain but it mixes well with cordials as well. Watch out for the tiny dispenser spoon - at first, I thought mine was not included and then I found it burled in the product. It helps me to remedy my headaches.

Only been using it now for 2 days and the stiffness in my calfs has gone, im on the carnivore diet so was probably in need of what this tub offers. Quality product, no taste to it so just like drinking water, great value as you get loads, some of these electrolyte products cost a fortune for so little amount. Well worth the buy and great ingredients for carnivore diet.

I like those electrolytes, no rubbish ingredients, have been using them for years now.

I bought it for water fasting and it works wonders. Helped with my blood pressure, headaches are gone, don't feel dizzy anymore. I use 2 scoops in 1,5l water and I drink 2 bottles per day. It has a slightly salty taste but when on water fast any taste is a good one... 😅 It has no sugar or sweetener so it doesn't break the fast. Although the container is pretty large and only half full, the powder itself is enough for a very long time. Highly recommend it 🙏

Wer sich Low Carb oder Ketogen ernährt, der möchte keinen zusätzlichen Zucker zuführen. In den meisten Elektrolyt-Produkten findet man Dextrose. Endlich gibt es ein Pulver ohne Zucker :-) Einfach in ein Glas Wasser einrühren und trinken. Schmeckt salzig, hat aber keinen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack. Super Produkt!

....und nicht einmal bis zur Hälfte gefüllt!!! Wozu diese "äußere Täuschung". Produkt: Na ja - es geht.
