Small but has a strong suction
It's a tool for moving loose lens elements for cleaning. At first it will seem unimpressive due to the packaging but it does what it's supposed to do. I was actually quite surprised by how much weight it can hold even with the smallest cup. Pros: It does it's job and provides suction for lens fungus/dirt cleaning. Small in size means keeping it in storage is no problem. Cons: The packaging could be better. Nothing of significance to worry about. Conclusion: The tool does its job. I got to clean that old Sigma lens I got that had nasty fungus in the back element and dirt particles on the front element. Was afraid of doing lens cleanings but this helped me a ton!

Useful tool for camera lens repair.
This tool worked perfectly for handling the optical components of a lens I was repairing. Great way to pull out elements from a tight setting after removing the locking pieces, and for dropping the elements back into place after cleaning.

Garbage. Doesn't develop any suction. Avoid!
I bought this in order to remove and place lens elements while doing repair on vintage lenses. In short, this item is utterly useless for its advertised purpose and using it is more likely to end in tears than a successful lens repair. According to the listing title, this unit is supposed to have "strong suction." Nope. Not. At. All. The microscopic suction it generates is a tiny fraction of what even a plain toy dart-type suction cup would. If there is any kind of friction between the lens element edges and the barrel, this simply won't lift it out. Even the larger cups develop so little suction that you're more likely to drop the lens element than you are to lift it out of its setting or even to just hold it suspended while you drop it back in. Even for simply placing lens elements, I would only consider using this for the very smallest ones, since anything larger than maybe 1/2" in diameter, you are almost certainly going to drop and break if you try to use this tool. I had previously employed a plunger-type suction tool and was disappointed in it, and hoped the bulb would develop more suction, but this one is way, way worse. Total junk, and I am utterly shocked that this has a high a score as it has. This is literally the most useless lens repair tool I have ever bought on Amazon by a wide margin. Feel free to look at my review history, and you'll see that I have reviewed a number of various lens repair tools. As of the time I am writing this, only one of the positive reviewers appears to have reviewed any other lens repair tools, so

It sucks
This product sucks but in a good way, excellent strong suction for pulling out smooth or glass products with large comfortable grippy bulb. Also strongly secure interchangeable heads.

It works
This worked exactly liked I hoped it would. Helped me save $$$ on a plumber to remove new style bathroom sink stopper that wouldn’t pop-up. This device helped retrieve the stopper easily :-)

Weak suction
I needed to use these to fix one of my vintage cameras and I would say it doesn’t even deserve three stars, but I’m giving it three because the idea was OK. It was just not executed well it was definitely not worth the money and definitely does not work well at all the section is extremely weak on most of the cups except for the large ones. The smaller section cups are extremely weak and can barely lift the lens out that I’m trying to get not to mention even after it sucks onto the lens it just let’s go almost immediately. There’s no defects on the product either no rips on the section or on the actual nozzle. It’s just weak suction cups.

Below average quality. The suction cups don’t do the job properly
