POWER PROBE Lead Set

Everything seems to be very high quality and of course exactly as described. It's not cheap, but this is what you need when doing electrical diagnostics, you need Test Equipment that is buillt to last and will be reliable. - Remember, the Golden Riule of any test equipment is that it has to be infinitely more reliable than what you are testing with it, otherwise you're on a hiding to nowhere.

This box is just full of options I found some good reviews on YouTube and I've been intending to wait until I upgrade to the Power Probe 4 to get this set but I'm glad I went ahead and got this. The probe tip came in handy immediately replacing a worn top on my Power Probe 3. The yellow piercing probe worked flawlessly in verifying power to a starter solenoid and the adapters on the left allowed me to plug this directly into the snap on leads going to the labscope to verify a voltage spike and this is all one vehicle. This set is going to get some serious mileage from me and if it holds up anywhere near as good as my other power probe equipment you can count me as one happy customer.

Yes there are lots of cheaper leads available but honestly can't beat the real deal for reliability and accurate testing

The quality of the product is as expected, but for the price one would expect the manufacturer to have provided a foam insert with cutout slots to allow the components to be organized & secure inside the case.As it is, the probe, adapters, extension cables and connectors cames in a hollow case,When the case is moved all the adapters and cables rattled around.------------------------------------------------------------The replacement Power Probe Kit had the proper slots and the appropriate component placement. The new Kit corrected the above issue.The replacement Kit came in good order and time and again the packaging was excellent.

I purchased this to go with my PowerProbe 4. I have only good things to say about it. I use it every time I use my PP4 to diagnose a car. The leads are made very well, and I like the different lengths. The adapters and probes that come with it are very useful. If you’re on the rope deciding whether to go through with it or not; do it. I assure you, you’ll be glad you did. It makes using the PowerProbe much easier. I just used it to 2 days ago with my PP4 to diagnose a fuel pump in an 05 Dodge 1500, and the long piercing probe made what was an almost impossible connection to make, fairly easy. I would have had to lower the tank some without it. Of course I threw some liquid electrical tape on the wholes afterwards, when I replaced the pump. Adam.
