Lovely product, poor packaging
Packaging is not suitable if you want to gift it. Comes in the brown box, not as advertised.

Not happy
This item is really lovely but arrived badly damaged .. I had it delivered to my Grandchild as a birthday gift and my Son felt so embarrassed telling me it was missing buttons and cracked. I'm so disappointed and couldn't return as my Grandson was so upset when he opened it and wanted to play with the rest of the stuff.

Packaging
Items are fine, issue is with the box it comes in.Imagines as you scroll down the discription are of a box with a cut out window displaying the items inside.Reality is it comes in an ugly brown box with a tiny imagine and description on the front.Hardly appealing for a child's toy, as a gift it isn't fun or exciting for a child to open, they won't know what it is.

Ideal birthday present for budding 4year old hairdresser
Bought this for my granddaughter for her birthday as she loves pretending she’s a hairdresser. She was thrilled with this set. A little bit smaller than I thought they would be but ideal for a 4 year old.

Great quality
Just like the photographs. My nearly 4 yr old loves it. The buttons light up on the straighteners and hot brush. A fan makes a noise in the hairdryer. Definitely recommend.

Really disappointed!
This product is incredibly poor and very cheaply made. Just looks like cheap plastic and with any functions. No box! With all respect for £35 I would have expected something that is of a better quality. I'm really disappointed that Braun have put their name to something so incredibly poor. One star is way above a rating I wanted to give.Easiest thing was to send it back but I have ordered it to my ltl niece in another country.Nothing more to say. Don’t waste money!
