These things just don't work
Older graphics cards were able to output an analogue TV signal using either composite or s-video cables, but nowadays that has been superseded by digital HDMI, so to achieve the same effect one of these claims to be the answer in taking an analogue VGA signal to a compatible RCA composite or s-video (if you have a s-video to composite adaptor). In reality, this is a nonsense. There are audio connectors when audio is impossible through VGA, so what are they even connected to? Even when forcing TV detection and trying a compatible PAL signal through both composite and s-video, absolutely nothing appeared on screen, not even a distorted signal. I wonder if there is any actual physical connection, or whether it is just not technically possible to send the right signal through a mere physical VGA to composite connection without some intermediate step. You can get converter boxes which should actively scan the VGA input and compose a proper TV signal output, with audio handled separately.
