Here’s a version tailored specifically for Amazon — clear, firm, and focused This will not show as a verified purchase because my son bought the item for me, but I returned it immediately after seeing it. The recent £10 price increase is extremely disappointing. At nearly £50, this product is simply not good value for what you receive. It comes with only one set of ice pads, and replacements are not available to buy separately — meaning you would need to purchase an entirely new set if you wanted extras. For what are essentially a couple of small ice packs and a lightweight garment, the cost feels excessive. Putting price aside for a moment, the material itself feels very flimsy and not particularly durable. The ice pads do not provide full coverage, and even handling them straight out of the packaging, it’s easy to understand why some reviewers mention difficulty inserting them properly. The pads are printed with instructions not to wear them for more than 30 minutes. For chemotherapy patients who are advised to use cooling before, during, and after infusion, this makes them less practical. That limitation alone makes the high price even harder to justify. I might have rated this more highly if it were priced more reasonably. At £50, however, I cannot say it represents fair value.

Shipment was a little under a week. The box looked had multiple stickers as if it was reused and upon opening we found only socks and no gloves. The socks were stained as if already worn.

(Updated my review: Originally 3 stars, but increased to 5 stars after the company reached out and offered a full refund due to the gloves not working. Great customer service!) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The good: the ice packs have some good lasting power. The bad: the gloves are just way too big to actually cool your finger tips. I have worn these once so far, just finished my first chemo treatment 3 days ago. The socks kept the ice tightly against my feet and I could tell they were working (not the most comfortable feeling, but the job was being done!) The gloves on the other hand are so big that they create a large cavity inside of the gloves where the ice isn't actually touching your hands or fingertips. I tried several times to hold the finger tips down to make contact, but it didn't help. After one treatment, I have burning and tingling in my hands, but not my feet. So this may work for people with larger hands! But not someone with XS glove size hands.
