Nice tasting, great value, seems to work. I like these gels because they are such good value and I don't feel guilty every time I take one. They are quite watery compared to some, but not so watery that they spill out once opened. I'm currently marathon training and I have used these throughout my training block. They keep me going when on my longer runs. I wouldn't say they provide an immediate boost, but they help to power on through the longer miles. I also find they are much more gentle on your stomach compared to some brands.

I didn't use this for its intended purpose as I used it as an energy boost at a concert. It worked great for that purpose and tastes great. Now I have it in my bag for if my chronic illness makes me struggle. I would buy again

Good flavors, easy to consume, but sometimes it feels like the package is a bit small, so I take two in a row instead of one for my intensive runs. It might be too liquid for some people, especially if you're used to other gels, but you get used to it. In my opinion, they are better for hot weather than competitors. A small minus for me is that they are very sweet, and sometimes I would prefer a more neutral taste. However, if you get them with a discount or on sale, it's one of the best investments for your training.

Awesome, easy product to use. I use it for fell running, mountaineering, long distance running and during/after a heavy workout. Its a good source of instant energy that delivers quickly into the blood stream and woking muscles. 1 sachet lasts me for about 30 mins of vigorously working out. Tastes OK and easy to swallow. Easy to pop in your pocket or running belt. Personally I've not had any stomach problems when using these, there are better ones out there at triple the price, like tail wind. But for the price and what you get, it does the job just as well. When running I prefer to make it hypotonic, when in the gym I go hypertonic. Each to their own. Enjoy.

I’ve bought maby 8 boxes so far of these from this seller. I use these pouches for treatment for diabetic hypos. They are fast release gel so easy to gulp down when needed. Handy size so i can carry around in my bag, running belt or sports top. i keep a few in a sandwich bag so if they accidentally get squished or leak it is a contained mess. I find the orange the best flavoured one so far

I take this as an aid when my blood sugar is falls low during the night, being Type 1 Diabetic. It works well. The only problem is the delivery I received today - the expiry date is less than 3 months - not very helpful.

I bought these on recommendation when training for and running a 10k. I took one 30 minutes beforehand and then every 30 minutes of the race. Easy to carry and open during a run, although a bit sticky if spilled. The consistency does get thinner if your body heat warms them up. They taste reasonably fine, but they are sweet and do catch you in the throat a bit. Also beware not drinking enough water with these as your stomach will betray you. Make sure to chug some water after the run if you don’t like drinking during.

Each to their own but I find many gels too goopy and thick and end up bilious and sickly after a few. These Hi-5 one's seem to be more digestible and watery so it's actually a refreshing shot to get you through to the end of your run/ ride. Try them and see how you go - Orange works best for me.

Do not buy as short dated and only dates until February 26 not worth the money

The flavour is good and not too sweet, and it's nice liquid, making it easy to consume even during intense workouts. Each sachet provides a quick and effective energy boost that keeps me going strong, especially during those tough final miles. The packaging is convenient and easy to open on the go, and it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other gels.
