Excellent quality shower. Works great connected to 1.5 bar twin impeller showe pump on 2nd floor shower room. The projection of the shower arm is less than others of comparable head size which is one of main reasons I chose it as the eaves would restrict the space for the shower head. The vertical pipe leading to shower is push fit assembly and it can be cut with hacksaw to get the fit just right which was done in this case. The drencher head on the shower is large 240 mm and has a black plastic body but is very heavy and feels quality. It is also not visible once assembled as the photo shows. Overall a very well made and functioning shower for the price. Very happy with it.

After a long period of waiting during lockdown for my bathroom to be refurbished, the shower was finally installed by my builder. Quality materias, feels premium but the mixer for hot and cold water does not work and no one is sure why. Looking to get this resolved, but other than that a great product.

Shower is nice and easy to clean.. but had to buy more part as box arrived with hole in and parts missing. Still waiting for a reply of seller.. disappointed

Amazing after sales service. Our unit leaked from the washer a few days after installation , Hansgrohe service centre replaced it no questions asked , just sent them a photo of leaking seal.

Pros: Excellent Quality & Very Solid / Cons: Taking a time to install this shower if not further leaking! As I am a minimalist, I prefer to use any products as a simple as possible. But Except this shower, two of other showers I purchased from different websites with well-known brands that which have extremely poor quality (both are price around £300 - £350, material qualities are light and using plastic material, just only looking as a shiny and polish ). Will buy this product again when starting our upstair bathrooms' renovation! I am going to highly and strongly recommend people to buy this shower - Having a clean, dry and a good Bathroom condition is related to our life quality!

This is a good shower in terms of performance but there is a problem with the diverter cartridge where the shower heads start to leak after a year or so. I have fitted over 30 of these showers and had to go back to more than half of them to replace the diverter cartridge. The good news is that the cartridge has a 5yr guarantee and Hansgrohe send the part out without quibble. Do I still fit these showers? No, I've started fitting Hansgrohe Vernis showers instead which share internal parts with more expensive Hansgrohe products.

We had this shower delivered on 7 July. I'm not a plumber and when I checked the contents it looked intact. Unfortunately, the work we are carrying out on our bathroom was delayed and by the time the installers double checked the shower this week they found it was missing a small, but crucial connecting valve. It's too late to return the shower to Amazon - I wouldn't have noticed the mising valve in July anyway - and Hansgrohe says they can't supply the part on is own. Which means we have a perfectly new shower that cost best part of 300 pounds and is completely useless. We can't use it and we can't get any sort of refund or spare part. That's good money down the drain and no way of resolving the issue. Also, as per usual, it's proved impossible to find a human being at Amazon to discuss the matter with. A total rip-off. I just can't trust Amazon any more.

Awaiting feedback from manufacturer shower thermostat possibly faulty runs red hot or stone cold not happy

Acquistato su Amazon a seguito ristrutturazione alloggio in quanto presso i classici negozi di materiale edile/idraulico costava almeno il doppio. Buon livello qualitativo ed estetico. Buona parte della componentistica è in plastica per cui occorrerà verificare il comportamento nel corso del tempo. Soddisfatto e consiglio acquisto.

The build quality is very good, and it is highly functional, both in terms of temperature control and water pressure. It also has a very pleasant appearance. Although the overall construction quality is good, some details could be improved (for example, the size of the cover plate that hides the pipe connection to the wall doesn't cover it completely).
