Very easy setup. Great image quality. Free storage.Some have complained about the camera mounts being too weak to position the camera and stay in position, but if you tighten the base of the mount correctly they hold well.

As a customer who recently purchased a product from eufy Security on Amazon, I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience and offer insights for potential buyers considering this product.Despite having acquired the item less than a year ago and well within the manufacturer's warranty period, I encountered significant issues with the product's functionality. The product, unfortunately, ceased to charge, rendering it unusable. Regrettably, the manufacturer declined to honor their warranty, attributing the issue to their app rather than acknowledging the device's malfunction.Moreover, the product's performance fell short of my expectations. The motion detector, a pivotal feature, consistently failed to function effectively, especially in areas with shadows, where its reliability was severely compromised. This inconsistency and unreliability in detecting motion were highly disappointing.What troubles me more than the product's malfunction is the manufacturer's refusal to stand by their warranty commitments. This experience has left me immensely disillusioned. I had intended to expand my purchases from this brand during this shopping season, but this experience has deterred me.I feel compelled to caution potential buyers: be wary when considering [Manufacturer]'s products. The lack of accountability for product issues and the unsatisfactory performance make me hesitant to recommend their products. The refusal to honor warranties raises concerns about the level of support one can expect after a purchase.I hope my review serves as a cautionary note to those contemplating a purchase. Think twice before investing in their products, and I sincerely hope that the manufacturer reconsiders their approach to customer service and product quality in the future.

You can see things very clear, but when you zoom in is not that clear.Love the fact that when you speak through the camara the other person can hear you, that didn't happen whit Arlo camaras even though it was supposed to.I don't like the fact that I have to buy the memory separate, I thought it was included since the price is so high.

This product works great, the cameras quality is very high. Motion detection works well along with the facial recognition. Plenty of storage comes with it. The only negative thing is I think it's a little over priced. (4🌟)

System setup for my Dad to keep an eye on him when. I'm away. Easily setup up both hardware and software. Want one for my own home now.

Had a camera go bad, one month out of warranty, having spent thousands on these systems and they will not replace a 100$ camera that is one month out of warranty. The customer service reps said they will help me if I purchase something else? Are you kidding, why would I buy something else when you won't stand behind your other unit?Lesson learned, stay away from these guys unless you hope that these work forever and you don't need customer support.

I got this set to replace my previous Eufy Gen 2 set with the 2K cameras. These 4k cameras a slightly better as far as pic quality goes, and they are physically larger than my old ones. The base unit is also larger than the previous one, but has a bay to add more hard drive storage. But the biggest flaw with the new base is you MUST be hard wired to your router for the system to work. My previous generation Eufy base and cameras connected to my homes wifi so I could place the base and cameras anywhere with no ethernt wire connected to the router. Thankfully my router is near where I wanted to place the new Eufy base, so it is not as big a deal as it might be to some buyers. I don't know why Eufy took this option away. Now I am limited to placing the base next to my router which also limits the range of the cameras. As far as the software goes, it is definitely not as slick or intuitive as Arlo's. But I left Arlo's system for Eufy years ago because Arlo did not allow at the time local storage. The Eufy notifications are good. The motion detection has been good.

I bought the S300 and S330 and sadly will be returning these. I really wanted them to work, but I didn't realize until after purchased that the system/cameras don't do continuous recording. It only records "motion detected" activities. I needed this for indoor and outdoor and we have a nanny so I don't want just to record when there's motion. If something were to happen I need to know all the details.
