Concept is great for tanning or applying lotion on your own. Leaves an even tan and good value considering it comes with extra pads. Feels strong and unlikely to break with normal use. I do find it's tricky to use as you can't apply too much pressure (which is not really the fault of the product, just the nature of trying to apply things to your own back) While it's useful that it folds in half, I do imagine a solid straight tool would feel more sturdy to use.

This serves it’s purpose and works well enough. It is pretty difficult to get an even coat due to the heads being flat though.

Good sturdy, great for doing back, comes with extra sponges.

I've had one (or two) of these before and like it, hence a repeat purchase. It works well with tanning mousse, gel and oil and it helps you to tan your back where you wouldn't usually be able to reach by yourself. It does come with spare pad(s) but I have not been able to figure out how to keep the spares stuck down once replaced so just buy a new one. It's good value and I'd recommend.

I am a fake tan devotee and have a wonderful velvet mitt that helps apply the magical golden stuff to limbs etc. I have always been challenged by that illusive area in the middle of the back.. I am not limber enough to reach it try though I have. If I am lucky I can call on someone to do it for me, but rather than spoil the mystery of the magic of my all over tan sometimes one wishes one could do it oneself. Enter this handy gadget by Bonds Sands. Great value for money, effective in use with good action on the hinge. Folds in half to take up less space when not in use. Has a sponge end and a velvet soft end and comes with a few replacement velvet ends. I apply fake tan to the velvet end and use the long handle to reach the part of my backs that are challenging to reach without help. Takes a bit of practice but works a treat once mastered. Not quite sure what the sponge end is for but I have utilised it to apply sun block.
