Can't be too sure if any supps are really making a huge difference but the product seems to be of good quality and for the price, you're not actually paying much for each tablet so no harm in giving it a go.

Avoid at all costs
Avoid these. Had an adverse reaction and despite many many requests they would not send me a product data sheet to discuss with my doctor. They clearly don’t know what they are peddling

...bekomme ich bei der Einnahme 30 Minuten vor dem Training einen "gewissen Pump"....natürlich ist das jetzt nicht dolles....aber ich merke schon, dass ich leistungsfähiger bin als ohne. Insofern....volle Punktzahl.
