I'm Impressed..!I have bought other resistance bands before to help with my workouts at home and these are a much superior quality.I was initially surprised at the weight of the package as my other bands were quite light in comparison. Whereas my previous handles, etc were plastic, these are metal. Hence the additional weight of the package.Not too heavy though. The resistance is much better than my old bands too.The webbing for the handles, ankle straps and door anchor is quite thick and well stitched so they should last a long time.The exercise booklet is quite comprehensive and outlines enough exercises to give a good complete body workout and also gives you a link to a website that has videos so you can see how they are performed if you're not sure exactly how to perform them. (Pictures do not give you the full range of movement - only the beginning and end of the exercise). The website is a paid for service so you may want to search youtube for resistance band workouts.If you want to have two sets of bands, Bodylastics also have another set for £79 but if you buy 2 of these at £26 you almost get the same amount of bits and pieces and you'll have 2 sets of bands for quite a bit less. It all depends on your own personal requirements and what you need the other bits for. Personally, I wanted two sets of bands so buying 2 sets of the £26 package was a better option for me and cheaper too.Overall if, like me, you want to augment your workouts with resistance band training or take them on holiday to keep in shape then these are a really good option.

Fantastic quality!Feels very sturdy.The grips, connector/clips and accessories are all very high quality.The clips are good quality metal and multiple bands can be connected to the accessories giving great resistance.The bands feel strong and all have weights in lbs and kg's on them so you know what you're weights you are lifting.Been stung with cheaper bands before but these look and feel like a very high quality product.I would absolutely recommend these for anyone who wants a good quality, home work out.Comes with a great bag too - so you can pack them up and take them whereever you want!5 stars!

The kit is well made and offers a good selection of resistance.It's a bit of a faff changing the resistance mid exercise so another pair of handles would have been handy, I think you can buy them separately but price it up as might work out cheaper to go for the bigger kit.The instructions aren't great and the brands instructional videos aren't much good either. Luckily there are plenty of good you tube videos out there with a bit of hunting.I find the whole kit pretty heavy to take with me on trips so tend to just take the handles and a couple of bands. A really good alternative to dumb bells.

Not as practical as i expected. They seem resistant but too thick to step on. As i exercise i struggle to keep them in place when i step on them. The quality seems good though.

Awesome product! Use it 4 times a week, have had it 3 years now and I've only just started seeing wear and tear on one cable.Can this be replaced or do i need to buy a whole set again? Either way it's great value for money. Awesome service and still all in great condition. Have saves thousands in gym memberships!!Update. Another few years have past, seems the 8lb due to being used a lot has perished. Been searching amazon for another and can't find it. Ill happily pay for this one if u lovely lot at amazon can direct me to one.Amazing bit of kit, worth every penny.Update. 5 years now I've been using bodylastics and a cracking chap called Jason Gateman has now replaced 3 of my cables that have wear and tear at only the shipping cost. Take note people, this is how you treat your customers. I'm one for life! Brilliant product 🤘💪

Looking to maintain what I've got after 30 plus years of gym workouts. After recent surgery the advice was to reduce any impact and intensity if I didn't want to end up crippled! Read the reviews and agree with the majority of 4&5 star ratings it really is a top quality piece of work out equipment. Very good for toning and extremely versatile to hit most body parts. Not so sure it will build mass the same as gym equipment but that's about maintaining the diet in any event. Superb transaction all round and would recommend to anyone looking to tone and reach or maintain a good level of flexibility and/or fitness

I have been looking for something for a while now, top help me build my muscle as of career I would like to go into. They arrived in plenty of time, only problem was the smell of the elastic when I opened the bag but this soon disappeared.The product itself, came with a small book which gives you exercises for Pritty much all muscles, when it comes to using the bands this is extremely simple, it's clip and go, and your excersising. A buy I would recommend if you want to build up you basic fitness.You can if you want you can double up the bands, just make sure when you do some of the abdominal excersise you need plenty of room.But overall an excellent buy

I have used the bands for 4 months and they have a very good quality. For those wondering if the Kit is suitable for building some muscle, I believe it is, since the 30lbs tube is really a beast and I cannot wait to reach the point where I will be able to stretch it!The reason why I'm giving 4 stars: I do not like the fact that stepping on a tube in order to execute an exercise does not secure it in place (maybe the barrier could help with that). Moreover, some video links mentioned in the instructions booklet no longer exist.
