I use this with my standard sized pizza steel. This is the perfect size for it. The lip isn't quite sharp enough to pick up the pizzas, but I use a steel peel to do that anyway. The wood peel makes sliding off the dough much easier. The handle is long enough (that's an issue with other wood peels) and it looks good hanging on my wall.

Have not used the Peel yet. will be using them next week during family outing. I have looked at others and was not satisfied with workmanship.Bamboo is the only way to go. Son has two of a different material, not satisfied, will be ordering him a set very soon.

It is very sturdy and solid, but the edge is so thick that you can’t slip it under a pizza easily, if at all, with some pizzas. If we sanded it down, it would work, but I am not going to sit a d do that and make a mess. I will be returning it.

Although I Have used it for Pizza, I mainly ordered it as a leverage for putting the silicone baking trays into the oven. They in them self have no support, and this paddle is JUST RIGHT for this purpose. :-)

This is an excellent product. I amvery pleased with the quality.

I’m a fan if bamboo ware - it’s classy and sustainable. It’s a good material even something as exotic as this pizza peel (exotic to me anyway). Easy to use, easy to maintain, attractive to the eye.

As pictured, perfect to use with my hubby's Big Green Egg. We ordered an extra so he can cook one pizza while preparing another.

Just got this, took it out of the box, unwrapped and it BROKE in my hand!! Piece of junk!
