Some compatible issues with the headset. Some times, when tried to connect, a ringer sound occurs in the headset Like a call coming notification, and that time we cant use headset for taking calls, music etc.. bad product.

Great product at an unbelievable price. Just amazing. Can connect to multiple bluetooth devices simultaneously and prioritize the input based on type. Very robust, great clarity and bass mode. Very fast charging and long lasting battery.

Product is good, clarity, sound superb.. but call receing and call end button not working.. we have to use mobile for that options..

Overall it's a good neckband with a decent bass. No major issues in quality. Tiny cover meant to cover the type-c port does not fit properly but not a big issue. Please put the rubber attachment in both the ear plugs.
