Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 5G US Version, 512GB, Phantom Black - Unlocked (Renewed)

I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions. Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone! If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book.

I purchased this Galaxy Z Fold from thegadgetdeals. I was excited because this is a really cool phone. I got it and visually it was in good condition, it even came with a s reen protector on the inside screen. But then I noticed that it wouldn't charge wireless. 9 then noticed that the screen protector was coming g loose. After that I noticed what looked like a hair on the screen screen, it wouldn't blow off so I figured it was under the screen protector. I lifted it up and the hair didn't move, it later got bigger. I requested a refund and got it. The seller said it was a damaged pixel then charged me a restocking fee for a phone the clearly needed repaired. Accused me of dropping it cause they said the camera lens protector that I put on was cracked. Therefore even more proof, in their eyes, that the phone wasn't returned in the condition it was shipped. I will never buy from them again. And will tell my family and friends not to either.

I was honestly sceptical of purchasing, as I'd read so many negative reviews. I decided to wait three months before leaving a review. The phone came in mint condition, no scratches, dinges or loose parts. SIM tray was easy to pop out, battery life lasts over 24 hours of usage varying from podcast listening and scrolling through social media apps. The quality of this phone is great. I was scared after seeing how glitchy and prone to breaking the Fold 3 was. Thankfully I spent an extra $50 on this model. It fits in female and male trouser pockets perfectly. As advertised, it truly is an unlocked phone! I tried AirTalk wireless SIM and it worked flawlessly and H20 Wireless.

I love my phone. I previous had an LG V60 THIN Q.Once I got accustomed to 2 screens, there was no going back to one. 😆 very convenient and assessible. I can be reading my bible on one screen.And checking my email on the other. I also can open a third screen and minimize one of them. So it's like a mini computer. It is kind of heavy so I'd love to use my bluetooth because I don't like to carry it around. The picture quality is o k I think it could be a little better, but maybe I should upgrade to the six lol.

Good phone no scratches, except for the bubble type experience on the middle which is from screen cover,overall usage is good! No problem yet.

This phone is Simply Amazing. Just received it yesterday, but absolutely love everything about it. It is in excellent condition, just like it just came off the shelf. I purchased this phone and have been using it for 5 months. All of a sudden the front screen started flickering on and off randomly. This was NOT after a drop or any kind of physical misuse. Over the next three days the flickering became worse and then on the fourth day the main folding screen went black - completely dead. I attempted to factory reset to see if that fixed the issue - no go it would turn on for less than 30 seconds, then hiss static loudly and shut off. While I was trying to verify my warranty it stopped making notifications, then it also stopped making calls, then it stopped being able to take calls... This phone all of a sudden after 5 months of regular use suffered what can only be described as catastrophic hardware malfunction. Over the next 3 days I was contact with Samsung customer service, sending over my warranty documentation more than 5 times - I kid you not. The issue is that the amazon renewed warranty is 90 days and for some reason that overrides the fact that the phone has a year long warranty through Samsung. I sent my documentation five times to three different agents and even though it showed as in warranty on my end (from the original documentation i sent through the website) each agent somehow could not see that the documentation that I sent in. I spent over a week with Samsung customer service arguing the fact that they were incompetent and my warranty was valid. Now I am still in a fight as it is showing a repair estimation and still showing as out of warranty - whether through the amazon renewed warranty issue or whether they're sayin it's physical damage (I repeat the phone has not been dropped, the catastrophic issues started randomly) I will never buy another electronic from Samsung - Their customer service is the most appalling thing I have ever experienced - and I will be moving to a different device without repairing my current one if they insist its related to physical damage.

Reacondicionado de excelente calidad a un muy buen precio, llego muy bien, bien empacado y como nuevo funcionando en AT&T con esim, el modelo del teléfono no es para todo mundo ya que para llamadas telefónicas de todo el día es muy resbaloso si lo ocupas entre el cachete y el hombro recomiendo una funda que le de textura para un mejor agarre, y al ser bultoso y pesado la experiencia no es muy buena cuando esta cerrado la pantalla es muy estrecha y un poco incomoda para utilizar con las aplicaciones aunque son totalmente compatibles no se muestran como un teléfono convencional por lo estrecho, sin embargo cuando lo abres cambia totalmente y la experiencia es muy diferente, cuidado llama mucho la atención, las aplicaciones muestran mas contenido de fácil navegación, mejora enormemente la experiencia de uso buena duración de batería, no se calienta mucho y el pliegue es casi imperceptible, no es para todo el mundo pero es un excelente modelo

Purchased May 2023, approximately 11 months later the screen has started to crack at the fold point. After approximately 8 months the interior screen cover started to crack at the fold point, replaced the screen cover, now the actual interior screen has started to crack. Amazon will not do anything as they only have a 3 month replacement, they told me to call Samsung, not having any luck with Samsung since the phone was purchased through Amazon. My advise based on this situation would be to not purchase a phone through Amazon.

Este es un gran equipo, sin embargo no con este vendedor, ya que vende equipos que en teoría deberían de haber sido revisados rigurosamente, pero este no es el caso, ya que el equipo que me llegó, sin caja debo decir, que llegó defectuoso, no encendía la pantalla secundaria al desplegarla, obviamente lo regrese, es importante mencionar que tú comprador tendrás que pagar el envío de regreso, y Amazon solamente te regresará si te va bien $400.00 de este gasto que saldrá de tu bolsillo, mi envío me salió a Las Vegas de dónde vienen estos equipos en $1,600.00, estaba muy emocionado por recibir está compra pero era un volado que termine perdiendo. Espero está reseña le ayude a no perder su tiempo y dinero a otros compradores.

Llego antes de la fecha prometida, muy bien empacado. En caja genérica, con cable original y cargador generico. Llego en perfecto estado, como nuevo, ni un solo detalle, incluso con la mica original. Libre para cualquier compañía y con sistema actualizado y actualizando. A 2 meses de uso, todo en perfecto estado y funcionando bien. Totalmente recomendable.

El equipo está en muy buen estado, y a 3 días de uso la batería está jalando muy bien, la pantalla no trae pixeles muertos y donde entra el cargador solo tiene poco uso, los puntos a considerar llegó con cable y cargador genérico de muy baja calidad. La caja no trae manuales y la pantalla chica viene con una mica que no le queda pero sirve para no rayarse.
