Wow just wow! I noticed a shift in my overall energy and gut health within the first 5 days of taking it. I wouldn’t call this product addictive but I am addicted to how good this makes my body feel with all of its natural goodness! There is no taste, it is flavorless, and easy to add to my daily water intake or in any glass of juice. I typically have 3 shots of espresso a day and I haven’t had the craving for coffee as heavily since taking this product. I no longer drink coffee for the need to wake up but I drink it for the taste because I get natural energy from taking this product.

I’ve actually been using sea moss for a few years now, just not this brand. I decided to try MaryRuth Organics this time because I’ve heard good things about their products, & so far I’m really happy with the quality. I chose the original flavor version instead of the flavored one. Some people might prefer the flavored options, but I personally don’t mind the natural taste at all. I usually add one full dropper to my coffee in the morning, which is the recommended serving. One of the main reasons I take sea moss is for digestive support & skin health, & I’ve noticed it works well for me. It helps keep my stomach feeling balanced, & it definitely supports regular digestion for me. Over time, I’ve also felt like my skin looks healthier when I’m consistent with it.
