Love this case! Great fit, the kickstand around the camera lenses is really great, and very functional. When not in use, it is tucked out of the way nicely. It’s held up well to being dropped probably a hundred times.

Purchased December 6 arrived next day. Also purchased HaloLock Wireless Charger. ESR Shock Armor Kickstand Case The case is as expected a perfect fit for the iPhone 14 Pro Max. My last case for iPhone X was an Apple Leather case. I decided on the ESR because I liked the idea of a clear case and the added benefit of the MagSafe compatibility. I thought the kickstand would help protect the camera lens well. The case is easy to hold in hand and does not feel slippery. The buttons are easy to press and work well. The kickstand is brilliant! I did not expect to like it so much. The hinge feels strong and holds its angle without issue. I have used it in horizontal and vertical positions without any problems. The case slides in and out of my pocket smoothly. I hope I never drop my phone but I will assume the “Military-Grade” protection will help prevent disaster. The MagSafe works well I use it with the Apple supplied charging disk and the ESR Wireless Car Charger and the hold is strong. I do not have any other MagSafe accessories that I can test this with. I do have a few Qi charging pads flat and angled and the Camera Ring Stand does make placement a bit temperamental. Once I learned how to place the iPhone in the angled stand horizontally with the Kickstand Ring to the left I was able to obtain a slow but steady charge. The lens protector will not let the iPhone charge when placed in angle stand vertically. The flat Qi chargers I have work fine with this case. The HaloLock Car Charger works fine the iPhone is held on very well and my iPhone does not slid off when I hit bumps in the road. I did not like using the vent mount in my Prius the iPhone would block the control screen when placed at the location I liked. Luckily I was able to swap the charging head onto my trusty iOttie one touch 4 dash mount as the ball mount work with the ESR head. This allows for a much better location for my iPhone on the dashboard. The fan in the ESR charger is surprisingly noisy but not noticeable if listening to anything over car sound system. I do not know how “fast” the charger is but I like not needing to plug the iPhone into charger using a lighting cable. It would be nice if the HaloLock came with a USB C Charger Adapter (I use the Ainope 30W charger) without issues. The ESR case and wireless car chargers are well made and worth getting if the design is pleasing to you. I will keep track of new products coming from this this company.

The short and sweet: ESR knocked it our of the park with this one. If you want a kickstand case but dislike traditional kickstands, this is absolutely the way to go. You won’t regret spending your money on this one, I can guarantee it. I’ve come to expect great products when ordering from ESR, and I haven’t been let down yet. I’ve ordered numerous screen protectors for different devices I own, and they fit great with no issues whatsoever, and not only due to tend to get multiple screen protectors for a lower price than some companies that have been around for a while, the included guide makes it practically fail proof to get a flawless application. I then ordered my ESR Car Mount which utilizes their Halo Lock for MagSafe cases or equipped phones, and that mount is beyond sturdy; hasn’t moved on me once. Now, I just got the black variant of their Halo Lock MagSafe Case for my 14 Pro Max, and this thing exceeded my expectations. I like propping up my phone, and I hate traditional kickstands. I have a Pop Socket which uses a very thin magnetic plate so I can remove it whenever I need to (like in the car attached to ESR’s mount), but the viewing angle just isn’t great, and if it’s on a softer surface, like a couch armrest, it just kind of falls over; not ideal. This case rectified that and then some. Not only does the integrated kickstand rectify that shortcoming of the Pop Socket, but you can deploy both for added stability if it were necessary (it’s not). It’s nice though because I could NEVER prop my phone up in portrait fashion, whereas now I can, and you don’t have to stow the Pop Socket, as when it’s extended, it still doesn’t touch the surface it’s sitting on, and when you go to grab it, the Pop Socket is already deployed and ready to use. I honestly couldn’t be happier. The case not only looks great, but the added corner bumpers are barely visible, but enough to help in the event of a drop, and something I didn’t notice are the corners on the from side protrude just enough to where your screen will be completely protected, but subtle enough to where you never notice them unless you’re looking for them. Lastly, the kickstand itself. I absolutely love it, but I honestly worry about longevity, and I’m talking longer than a year. The kickstand it VERY sturdy. I mean, when you open it, it takes some really effort (in a good way), and it’s got some nice friction, but from what I can tell, it’s a simple hinge I can see wearing over time, especially if you’re using it daily. The nice part is it snaps into place when it’s closed, but once you open it, there’s nothing locking it into positions, it’s simple friction, so if it were to really begin wearing down, I worry I may go to prop the phone up and it’ll just drop shut. I honestly don't foresee this happening any time soon, just something to keep in the back of your mind should you buy it. Either way I think it’s a great purchase worth its weight in gold. I’d buy another on in a heartbeat if I ever needed to!

This is a good case. It holds up very well. This is not my first one. The only thing I don’t like is the camera lens covers. I would prefer something that covered the entire camera block.

I have always loved ESR phone cases. As much as I can, I'm buying an ESR phone case in whatever phone I buy, whether it be Samsung or IPhone... It's simply amazing and dependable.

To be honest, I haven't had any bad experience with an esr product. So, hopefully it continues as that. :)

Fits my IPhone 14 Pro Max really well and seems solidly built. The flip out stand is very handy.
