Strong, good quality, looks good, great price
When I received product, it was faulty and the fault rendered it useless. After a couple of emails and a brief telecon, a replacement was sent out, which was not faulty. It is a solid fastener. Looks good. And very good value for money. Original product was dispatched quickly by RM 48 hour delivery and replacement was also sent out quickly via same method.

Quality product that brought our windows up to date
Bought these to replace some old ones we have with are brass colour. These bring our windows into a more contemporary look and freshen the rooms feel. The quality appears good enough and they are quite heavy so appear well made. Easy to replace old with these. Be aware of the strength of the spring tho ad you may get a shock when it whacks your window pane.
