I have a high stress job and at the end of the day, I chew two of these and it’s like a soft stretch. It helps me rest with ease and doesn’t make me feel hung over the next morning. These have a pleasant but not too strong taste. I suck on them because the tongue and bottom of the mouth are the quickest route in to the body’s bloodstream. By sucking on them I speed the benefits and I do not waste part or most of the gummy in stomach acid or in absorption by food or drink already in the stomach.I suggest, as with any supplement, that these be tried so a personal decision can be made. If they help, the price is acceptable; if they don’t help then little is wasted in buying one bottle.
