I bought this for my niece, she absolutely loves it and had to have the whole set!

for my 4 yr old granddaughter - she loved it. knitting was done by her 11 yr old sister, who had the bunny version.

This is just great if youʻre paralyzed and great for your hand exercise! Who would ever known that a onehand knitter could make such an awesome outfit for a little toy! Feels great to be able to knit with one hand.

My 12 year old LOVES foxes and really enjoys building and making things so I thought what a perfect gift for him! When I first ordered this for him, I thought it was a beginner crochet/knitting learning kit. It wasn't until I received it that I realized it was a looming one. Completely my fault for not paying attention as it's clearly listed right on the front of the box and in the advertised photos. My son actually has had a looming kit for years and has made hats. Scarfs and bootie socks with them so this kit came very easy to him and he didn't need to read the directions and he finished the entire set un under an hour. What's great about this kit is that you can switch the colors of each article of "clothing" for the fox to any of the three colors they supply or even use your own! So your child can make it their own as opposed to following the colors they have listed (unless they want to of course). I feel like this kit should be around $15 but I still don't think $18.99 is a completely unreasonable price. The only think my son said he didn't like was the supplied type of "hook" to thread the looming. It was wider and slightly flimsier of a plastic then from his other kit so he just used the one he already had.

This is a cute idea for introducing kids to knitting. I got this for a niece to try out. It’s a very nicely organized kit. I was a little surprised that the animal figure is a hard plastic. I thought it might be a little softer.Knitting rings are easy to learn so great starter for knitting. The box includes three colors of yarn and detailed instructions. I’m confident the nine-year-old will figure it out with a little bit of parental supervision. My one disappointment is the lack of an instructional video. Both the bottom of the box and the instructions show a QR code that is supposed to link to an instructional video. Unfortunately the link simply goes to a general product page. The video on the page is more of an advertisement rather than a tutorial on how to knit. I'll be looking elsewhere for a short video to help get her started.

I love these types of kits the best because they are not only great for kids but great for beginners that are really interested in learning this type of stuff. First, this kit comes with an adorable little creature that you can basic loom knit a hat, and scarf. The kit provides all the stuff you need and you also get three balls of yarn. The instructions were really easy to follow and the finished product was really cute! Even though this is like a one-time kit that you can't reuse, this still would make a great gift for kids or even adults!

A great little toy that teaches an actual skill. My niece loved this and I’m glad it is really more than a toy. Hopefully, she will be able to use this skill throughout her life.

I am very surprised with this kit! It comes with instructions and materials for a tiny hat, shirt and scarf for the little fox figure. Our 8yr old completed the hat and is working on the shirt now. She opened it and figured it out all on her own. The instructions are very easy to follow and come with many colorful pictures to walk you through it. All drawn in a kid-cartoony type colorful style to keep it fun for kids instead of just a drab plain instruction sheet. Very nice set and I will likely look into other kits once our daughter has finished with this one. She really seems to enjoy it and was so proud of herself after finishing the hat. Created something all by herself!
