These are high quality multivitamins that give me the energy I need to function throughout the day. I especially like that there are real, organic fruits and vegetables in them. The Women's Multivitamin appears to be helping with my energy. I haven't been sick either, so It may be strengthening my immune system. 15 days is too early to tell. I'm ok with taking 4 capsules a day, as they aren't too large. My only con is the smell but I suppose that is the herbal supplements and must be tolerated. I am eager to see how I feel after taking the entire bottle and starting on a 2nd bottle.

This is a great multivitamin for women. I’m over 60 and it makes me feel better both inside and out. Skin and hair are looking more healthy and I have more energy.
