Excellent shoe strechers.
I received the package yesterday, and as soon as I opened the package I was impressed. Beautiful packaging. I opened it and read the very elaborate instructions. I had a pair of dress leather oxfords that I had not worn for several years. They were tight and uncomfortable. The old stretchers I had only adjusted in 1/2" increments. I put the new FLYEGO units into my shoes and was able to adjust the length very easy by following the instructions. I then was able to adjust the width also very easy. I let them sit overnight and today I am wearing them and they fell like new when I bought them many years ago. This has been an excellent purchase. I would recommend them to anyone. They also came with a excellent shoe bag to keep your shoes in when not wearing them or when traveling. I highly recommend these FLYEGO shoe stretchers. I was not sure I would use them but now I am very satisfied. You will not be disappointed with them. 5 Star seller. THANKS

Too wide for my shoes
I could not get these into my shoes! I wear a women's 12 and ordered the correct size. In the photos it says the widest part of the strecher is 3.6", it actually is just over 4". I tried putting a slippery nylon sock over it hoping it would make it easier but no luck.An Update: The seller contacted me and sent me another stretcher in a different size, which worked. I am very pleased with their customer service! Thanks!

Solidly built and more useful than I first thought.
Solidly built. Was surprised at the weight of them. Didn't really have any expectations but felt confident in their construction just by the weight of them. I've had a juvenile bunion since I was young and have always had a difficult time breaking in shoes to the point that they wouldn't hurt my foot anymore. I always have to buy wide shoes just because of the one foot which isn't very good for hiking shoes. Now I don't need to worry about it with this handy gadget. It does a marvelous job of stretching my shoes. I only have to worry about one shoe so with the pair I can work on two shoes at once! Perfect for when my leather shoes have gotten wet and tend to shrink by the next day as they dry. Just have to slip one of these things in and they'll be perfectly sized. Which using plastic is good for this. Using wood stretchers I'm afraid might be a problem in soggy shoes.

Made my tight shoes comfortable
Worked perfectly to stretch a pair of leather shoes that were way too tight in the toe! Really like that it can adjust in every direction. I used the width function to widen the toe, and added the heightening pad to stretch where it was too tight across the top of my foot. After stretching for about 1.5 days, they are now comfortable to wear! (I did not use any other leather stretching sprays.) I ended up using the shoe bag to store the stretchers and all their accessories, and hung it by its handle on a hook in my closet.

Junk - Broke on the second use
These stretchers broke the second time I used them. They worked on the first pair of shoes. I have slightly wider than average feet, so it's sometimes hard to find shoes that fit comfortably. These gave a bit more room on one pair of shoes. I tried to use them on a second pair, but they broke while stretching the second pair.There is a metal rod with threads that you twist to expand the stretcher. It's threaded into a plastic ball that expands other plastic pieces to create outward pressure. The part where the metal rod threads into the plastic ball has stripped, and the stretcher can no longer expand or contract.Overall, these are pure garbage that break after one use. Don't waste your money.

Too wide to fit standard women’s heels
I received these quickly and was excited to use them for some of my holiday heels but they are too wide. They do not fit into the toe area of a standard size 10 women’s heel...which is the area that needs stretching. I tried my best to jam them in, but then the back portion won’t fit either to keep the heel formed. They are made well and packaged great, but unfortunately they need to be much narrower to help with any pumps/heels. The widest part is about 4 inches so it will not fit far enough into the toe are of heels (usually these are ~3 inches). I will be returning after the holidays when I have the time. Super bummed.14Dec17 Update: The seller reached out to me, and suggested a smaller size to work with my heels...and it fit!! I received the smaller size quickly and in time for the holidays! More companies need to follow this motto of fabulous customer service!! Thanks FLYEGO!! Wonderful experience and great product!

Love it!
Love this item! I like the fact that it comes with its own tote bag that way you can have all the pieces in one place.I purchased this item to stretch some shoes for my daughter and it worked like charm! I prefer the hard plastic shoe stretchers over the expensive wooden ones because the wood tends to break over time.Would recommend 5 stars!

Heavy duty shoe stretchers
Very sturdy and well made plastic stretcher. I was pleased with these stretchers and had to try these out immediately. The instructions were easy to follow. The stretchers work well and I used a stretcher product and left them in overnight. I was able to wear the shoes comfortably the next evening. Very pleased with the customer service. They had to be exchange for a smaller pair because they seem to run large. Good buy!
