Don't work at all.
I don't recommend these at all. The 'molars' don't attach with any security and fall right off. Didn't get past that to try them on. Poor picture directions with bad, small images, and brief text which refers the buyer to refer to the directions, which there are none other than noted above.

HORRIBLE Product - Should be 0 Stars
Don't waste your time or money. They are sized for a child, the durable resin is cheap plastic, the rubberish tooth molds don't fit the plastic frame and fall off in your mouth CHOKING HAZARD. Tried to return and they want ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING on a BIOHAZARD! It's been in a Human Mouth YUCK.... What are your gonna do, spray with Lysol and ship to a foreign country YUCK... Spoke with customer service and offered free replacement or refund with paid return, but again.... YUCK I spoke about the BIOHAZARD and they didn't care.... They just want your $6 and hope you won't make a big fuss about a return/refund.

Ready for the trash
This was a bust. There are no instructions describing how this should work. I have tried up down and sideways. They hurt your gums and simply dont stay in place. What a waste. Kind of stuff you get in a gum ball machine from China.

Did not fit, wouldn't stay in mout and came apart in mouth. Also

Cheaply made
Wasn’t what I expected. It’s like you have to glue everything together so it can work once you put it in your mouth. Didn’t like it.

This did not stay together or fit in my mouth. I see no way it could ever work. Total P.O.S. DO NOT BUY!

Chocking hazard to adults even. The “teeth bite” parts do not stay attached and is impossible to maneuver once all 3 pieces are in the mouth. I threw it in the recycling bin.
