What is the difference in the Now brand and the Penetrex brand of this lotion?

In my opinion, Penetrex is far superior. I have tried 6 different brands of these type of lotions, including the Now Brand and Penetrex. I have found Penetrex to be the most pain relieving and long lasting. To me, the main difference between the Now Brand and Penetrex is the amount and duration of pain relief that I experienced. With the Now Brand, I had to use at least 3 layers to feel any pain relief. With Penetrex, I use just one layer on my joints or muscles and I experience much greater and longer lasting pain relief. Penetrex is more expensive than the Now brand, but it's worth every penny. I use less of Penetrex than the other brands I have used and Penetrex works better. I am a firm believer in Penetrex and will only be using Penetrex. By the way, I use Penetrex on my upper back to relieve pain from scoliosis and disc degeneration and arthritis in my knees and ankles.

It says "Formulated & Distributed by NOW foods, Bloomingdale, IL.Not sure IF it's "made" there or elsewhere.You might try nowfoods.com/nowsolutions.It also says "Contains no colors, fragrances or artificial preservatives. NOW Solutions products are not tested on animals."Hope this helps!  I know it helps my many joint problems; I use it 3 times a day on various places such as shoulders and knees.

How does this work for tennis & Golf elbow???

I don't know about elbows, but it works on arthritic body parts and sciatica before it gets too bad.  These are the things I use it on.  I use it on a fairly routine basis.
