Square Silicone Baking Mats for 10 Inch Cake Pan

I have been using aluminum foil to line my baking/toaster oven pans for a long time now, and I usually use the foil a few times before replacing in order to waste as little foil as possible. I'm not sure though why I did not think of looking into reusable silicone baking mats all this time! As you can see in the first picture, these silicone baking mats fit my 10 inch by 10 inch baking pan perfectly, since the baking mats themselves are 9.65 inch by 9.65 inch. There are two baking mats in the pack. The back of the packaging specifies that these are heat resistant from -40F to 480F. So far I have been using these baking mats in my toaster oven up to temperatures of 400F or 425F, and I have seen no issues. The baking mats are not losing their form nor melting nor burning, so I trust that they truly are heat resistant up to 480F. Aside from saving aluminum foil, another huge plus is that these are relatively non-stick compared to foil. Food slides right off of these silicone baking mats, whether or not I use a bit of oil. That is certainly not the case with foil. I highly suggest purchasing these if you regularly heat/toast/bake/broil food in your oven or toaster oven, as these will save you money in the long run as you will be using and wasting significantly less aluminum foil.

Read that the nonstick foil I was using for ease of cleaning has been linked to Alzheimer’s. Decided to switch to a silicone mat and this fit my toaster oven pan perfectly. I’ve had no problems with anything sticking regardless of whether I use oil or not. The only problem has been the discoloration of the mat, even though it’s washed with soap and water after each use. This could potentially be remedied with baking soda and lemon juice but it doesn’t impact performance and I’m lazy, so haven’t bothered to try this yet. Would highly recommend this for use in toaster oven.

I purchased these to use inside gallon‑size reusable bags to separate food, and they work perfectly. Much better than wax paper, which sometimes sticks and has to be peeled off the food. These silicone mats are sturdy, flexible, and easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Use the toaster oven everyday and these fit perfect. Easy to clean and bake on. Good quality

I had to throw this away after only a few uses. It instantly discolored and absorbed food stains that I could not remove, no matter how much I scrubbed. Ironically, it was much harder to clean than the pan itself. After repeated attempts to clean it, it still looked dirty and unusable — not something I want in my kitchen. Would not recommend.

I have used silicone baking mats for years and have been very happy with them. These are a perfect fit for my Breville compact air fryer oven.

Good weight, works well and is 'tacky' enough to hold onto the pan when stored vertically.
