Does this design still have a dome that comes up off the hook assembly during high winds? Has anyone figured out how to fix it so it won't flip up?

Glue the baffle to the hanger assembly instead of just setting it on top of it with a flexible glue like E6000 from Lowes or Home Depot. Works great for my half dozen of them.

Does this come with a double hook to attach to bird feeder and shepherds hook?

Yes! I also applied colored duct tape to the baffle to keep the birds from flying into it. This is a great product!

Been using nylon line to hang this and the squirrels tear it up. Where d0 you get 1/16" cable for hanging? Thanks!

Is there something sacred about 1/16" diameter nylon cable? Lowes (and probably Home Depot, et al) sell 9 gage (0.11 diameter) galvanized steel wire for $10 (50 ft coil). It can be formed any way you like (hooks, loops, etc.) and used all kinds of places. Best of all, squirrels won't like the taste. What is the diameter of the hole at the top of the dome?

I am not able to give an exact measurement, but I would guess it's between 1.5-2" in diameter
