Not sure it's their or a fake...
I'm not sure it's their or a fake...I regularly buy this product (from other amazon's items). This time I chose this because they are 4.The package is similar but not the same and the balm is very different, in a bad way. It leaves a white shade in the lips and a bad flavour like almonds or milk (normally there's no colour and coco flavour). Not satisfied.

My favourite lip balm
Brilliant product that's perfect for keeping lips hydrated throughout winter months and protected from summer sun.My one issue is that, every time I order a multi-pack so that everyone in the family gets one, one of the tubes will be empty. I don't know if it's some kind of scam or just bad luck, but it's happened twice in a row now.

Best lip balm
Have been using this for years but have been unable to get this original formula in store , seems like they have changed the formula. This is genuine product best lip balm I have ever used.

Item is good, but two of them came damaged.
Two of the lip balms seem to have melted and formed a weird shape... They are hardly usable.

my favourite lip balm!
bought this originally when i had my medusa pierced - my lips got really swollen and every lip balm i tried failed to help how painfully dry they were. a colleague told me to try this one and it ended up being the only one that helped! it’s now my go to. obviously it smells gorgeous too because it’s palmers!
