Almost a bit too sweet lasts for a long time until it softens , falls apart and gets sticky , but it still satisfies . 4mg cinnamon flavor , definitely a good value $37 for 160 pieces , compared to Nicorratte $57 for 100 pieces !

Getting down to brass tacks, this gum does it's job. I successfully quit vaping after 7 yrs using this gum. It takes away the nic craving enough. However, the flavor is gone within 10-15 minutes & it stains the back of your tongue an awfully unattractive yellow that doesn't go away even WITH brushing (I have used the cinnamon & ice mint, both flavors do this) Overall, I would recommend this gum over others I've tried simply because the texture is way softer (more like a gum iykyk) & the effect of the nic last long enough to get the job done well.

This gum has helped me a ton since quitting vaping. The flavor isn’t really that cinnamony, more minty but has good flavor that lasts. It’s also more affordable than the other brands. If one is too strong, I recommend splitting it in half.

This guy is really strong. It makes me queasy when I chew it. I bought it for energy that it makes me so queasy and negates the energy. If you’re trying to quit smoking, it’s an excellence aid. However I quit smoking over 30 years ago. I no longer need it for that. I just thought it would get some energy and pep in my step. If you’re using it to quit smoking, I recommend use every thing at your disposal to quit smoking gum, patches, hypnotherapy, Wellbutrin etc. Quitting smoking was very difficult however being a non-smoker is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself! The first three weeks are the hardest however, once you get past them, it’s easy!
