A game changer. Recommended
Extremely happy with my purchase - a game changer from flying with heavy and expensive cabin bags and packing bigger bags for weekend trips, without losing the comfort of a carry-on. The bag is well made and has lots of very useful pockets. As others have said, the handle is short and may prove uncomfortable for taller people. Given how small and lightweight the item is, it's less stable than a regular cabin bag when carried along uneven surfaces - worth slowing down a little and keeping a steady hand. I bought this bag after pretty extensive research and recommended it.

Perfect in every way possible
This is the best laptop bag I have ever bought! I cannot praise it enough. Smaller than the bulky onboard cabin bags, but perfect to fit my laptop, chargers, headset, mobile phone, A4 hard backed notebook, pens, lunch, water bottle, travel cards, purse, plus makeup bag. I even managed to put in an overnight change of clothes, toothbrush and toiletries. It is a really impressive bag, it can be carried like a briefcase or as a long bag, but best of all unzip a sturdy extending handle and hey presto the whole bag becomes mobile- really sturdy base, with laptop protective flap/cover inside, pockets galore and a sleeve to slide over your suitcase handle do it doesn’t need to be pulled along separately. If you want a smaller sized, compact, smart looking laptop/work bag on wheels …. This is it, look no further.

Great case, but hard to pull if you are tall
The case itself is great. It's a good size for a weekend and has lots of handy pockets and places to separate stuff. The compression straps inside are good for minimising the space taken by clothes. I have used on EasyJet and Ryanair as my 'underseat luggage' (the free luggage allowed) and have never had an issue. My only criticism is regarding the pull-up trolley handle. I'm 6'1" and it's really too low to pull. I have to bend down and it is very unstable to pull - keeps toppling off the wheels. I saw a shorter lady once pulling the identical case and she had no issues. I understand that the height is determined by the height of the case, but maybe the handle extension pole could have been in 3 parts rather than 2 to make longer?

Absolutely ADORE this for travelling
I absolutely adore this, bought a second one for my mum. WHAT I LIKE THE MOST - The handle and the wheels, who wants to be caring a heavy backpack through the airport? IS IT EASY TO USE? - Absolutely, it's very easy to wheel in the airport especially when the airports have smooth floors, not ideal on other types of floors, so depends what you're going to use for INTERNAL SPACE - well, here is the thing because you can retract the handle the internal space is quite small but also it's maximised with the zipper - however, here's the choice a bigger internal space or wheels and handles? I QUALITY OF MATERIAL - lovely material and zippers, love the colour too This model doesn't have the option to be used as a backpack just wheeling around or using as a hand bag

Flawed design but a decent bag
If you are looking for something small and spacious for short trips that will fly free on airlines, and importantly, if you are happy to be mostly carrying the bag around with you, then this is ideal. If you are hoping to be able to pull it along on the wheels predominantly outside of any very smooth surfaces, I might suggest looking elsewhere. Unfortunately for me, this is a bit of a lesson learned. Its a nicely made bag. No loose stitches, no issues with zips and has a decent inner lining also with zip access and I found the handle mechanism itself was very reliable for extending/retracting. It fitted clothing, flat slippers and a toiletry bag as well as a few stationery items for two five day trips. Even full it was not very heavy and I could lift it above my head into storage compartments without help. Unpacked and empty it weighs very little. There is a padded laptop sleeve that comfortably fitted a small chromebook but as it was inside the front opening, I did not use it for slight concern that tight packing might put strain on the laptop, or that it could be knocked while carried or wheeled around. It would likely have been fine, but I was cautious. Sadly it loses stars because its useability as a wheel-along bag is very limited. I'm quite short, so the handle length was manageable, but even so it caught at my heels a couple of times. I think anyone too tall might find it doesnt extend far enough. Being a single pole it lacks stability, and coupled with the wheels being small, my experience was that even the smallest bump in a pavement would make it wobble and then easily topple over if you didn't stop immediately to correct it. I ended up having to carry it almost everywhere other than stations or airports which I had hoped to avoid, and had I known that, I would have opted for the backpack convertible version instead. Great on smooth ground and a nice bag, but you will probably spend a fair bit of time carrying it.

Well made small hand luggage case but desgin issues let it down
Bought this case to use as my hand luggage for my annual holiday. Although it is well made, there are some significant design faults with it. Firstly, the rear trolley strap - waste of time. It does not work when popping over the handle of a larger wheeled case as it says it should in the product detail. You cannot get your hand around the handle so I had to resort to pulling 2 cases which was a pain. Second design fault is the pull-up trolley handle which I also found too short. I'm only 5' 3" but I still struggled. You cant walk fast as it looses stability, topples over and catches your heels. To improve the design, it would be better to have the rear trolley strap opening so the case fits at a side angle. And the handle extension pole should be in 3 parts rather than 2 to make it longer. The wheels need to be a tad more toward to corners of the case to increase stability. Unfortunately I only found out these issues when I set off on my holidays which by then it was too late and have not been able to return. B&M were selling a very similar model for £15 which I wish I had purchased and saved some money.

Fantastic travel case
This is ideal for a short 3 night stay. There is enough room for clothes and toiletries I used a compression cube to pack all clothes which gives you more room. The case does wobble a-bit if you go over a uneven surface however still beats carrying the bag on your shoulder. The hand isn’t the strongest but does the job and case is light weight. Fits comfortably into the Ryan air restrictions also
