Listen, I have to laugh at how silly I look with this thing on, but this was an essential after a recent surgery! The meds they put me on gave me the worst headaches of my life and I panic ordered this in the middle of the night and it helped so much! I keep mine in my fridge in a Ziploc bag now at all times and sometimes put it in the freezer! Whenever I get a headache, regardless, if it is mild or not, I wear this even either halfway on my head or covering my eyes if I’m laying down in bed! It is so soothing, and it gives that compression and cold that you need when you have a headache! I feel like I have a large to average size head and it fits perfect and it’s not too tight! The material is good quality and I have been able to spot clean it well! This is now an essential product in our home for anyone that has a headache, and also I can’t lie the other day my wrist was hurting, and I wrapped it around my wrist, and it helped that too

Whenever we can't get rid of headaches we throw this on and it is amazing! After just a few mins we start feeling relief from those stubborn headaches and migraines. It feels cool to the touch without putting it in the fridge or freezer, in fact, we haven't even tried that yet. Definitely recommend this to my friends who suffer from headaches too

This squeezes my head so well. It really does stay cool if it's in a cool room and it's too cold in the freezer so I'll do the fridge. It doesn't have that smell that works people talk about and I love the way it feels on my face. I use this as a sleep mask and Because I like head pressure and it feels so good

Using this out of the freezer was unbearable, so I keep it in the fridge and it’s great. The fit is just right, not too tight or too loose.

Love this cap! I have two of these. They are a bit thinner than the other brand, so don’t stay cold as long. But I still really like them! They get cold faster! I have two, so I can use them, back to back.

My husband suffers from migraines. I ordered this for him based on the reviews on Amazon. He feels it is effective in that it is comforting when he has a headache. It isn't heavy so it doesn't add more pressure when he is in pain. The fit is good for any size head. I tried it on and it fits me. No scent that we noticed. Can be heated or put in the refrigerator. I would recommend it based on his review for anyone to try with headaches. It isn't any miracle cure, but it does help relax and comfort.

Aufgrund von Spannungskopfschmerzen habe ich mir die Maske bestellt da ich gemerkt habe das kühlen mit einem Kühlakku immer gut geholfen hat. Die Maske passt sehr gut auf den Kopf und hält auch gut auf dem Kopf ohne irgendwie ständig korrigiert werden zu müssen. Auch die Kälte hält sie sehr gut und kühlt perfekt auf den Schläfen Perfekte 5 Sterne

Questo è il terzo modello che compro, perché in freezer ci mette molto a raffreddare e mi fa comodo poterli alternare così da prolungare l'effetto. Avendone 3 tipologie diverse posso riuscire a comprendere meglio pregi e difetti dei modelli. Questo ha il gel raffreddante sia davanti che dietro (molti in commercio, soprattutto i più economici, lo hanno solo davanti); è più corto di altri, ma non è un problema perché la fronte la copre perfettamente. Rispetto ad un altro molto simile è leggermente più largo, quindi non crea eccessiva compressione (ma comunque la provoca, per me molto importante). Il prezzo è molto competitivo (preso in offerta a 8€).

Tried for the first time. Was skeptical, but it really helps. I had run out of sumatriptan for my migraines, yet to get my new batch in, so my daughter suggested this. After a 3 day migraine that ruined my birthday evening, I bought this and currently sat with it on in bed. Soothing, and the thick soft gel is nicely cold, not painful. Cooled best in a cold fridge than a freezer.
